Being a very small business owner who will do most if not all of the work on your job will give you the peace of mind that it is done right and eliminating the headaches about coordinating so many different subs and people involved.I stand by the work done, estimates and hourly rates given. Warranty on all work. Will never go over price I give. Unless change is decided during the project that was not addresed before estimates.

Chris is one of the most honest and trustworthy contract workers I have ever used, and I have used a lot. He is very hard working. He would work from 8 in the morning till 11 at night or later, I don't know because I would go to bed. He is a perfectionist, so he sometimes takes longer than he thinks he's going to on a project but it will be done right. His drywall work is flawless!. I have used Chris on a number of different projects. If you need something done fast maybe not your guy because he is a craftsman and does not scrimp, but if you want something done to last and done beautifully I highly recommend him. He is willing to negotiate a total cost ahead of time of or work on an hourly rate.
Description of Work: He built a sun room on a second level of my house. It was a large balcony over a laundry room and he transformed it into a huge sun room that can be used as a green house.
