I am a contractor in NM so I know the business. I could not directly supervise the work. Bid was 40% lower than other bidder. Overall the work was pretty good. There were communication issues that we had to overcome. (forgot part of the work) but he came through in the end. Might not recommend unless you are on site during each stage of the work. I thought he was honest.
