Omar at NOSV was very responsive to my questions, responding almost immediately. I appreciated the before and after photos of the work that was done. Service was done on schedule with lots of updates provided along the way. Thank you, Omar! The problem I had with this process was on the Angi side, Angi sending me a NOSV membership deposit payment request upfront, and not clear information about the option for a one-time, non-member NOSV trial snow removal process that Omar and I had agreed upon. In the future, I may contract with NOSV, but NOT through Angi.

It is a rare thing to hire a company that exceeds expectations in a every aspect of a job. Luke and Bryce at Limitless Hardwood did that. They went above and beyond in product knowledge and skill. They were very easy to work with, keeping us informed at every step at every step. But the most remarkable thing is that state of the art equipment and diligence they created no dust!! Not just a little dust, but NO DUST. Their diligent hard working effort paid off and our floors are beautiful!

The floors look amazing. They were very hard-working people and did an amazing job. They would stay late to complete a section. I foster dogs and have a lot of pet traffic. They sealed the floors with wax to make clean up so much easier.
