Noel's Tree Service

My husband talked to another company, and they said they would do the job that day. That company called the last minute and said that he would have to do it the next week. My husband and Noel then agreed on the price. We came home one day, and the job had been done. We assumed that Noel had been the one that did the work. His son came a day or two later, and asked for the money, and we paid him. It turned out that his son had not done that job. Noel called to ask us for the money after that, and told us that we had paid the wrong people. We paid him as well. He originally said that he would not give us any of the money back. I spoke with him, and we agreed that we would still pay for them coming out. We settled with Noel to pay only part of the money, so he would give us a 50/50 refund, which would have been $100. He has not come through with the money .He was supposed to come out with the money, but he did not show up. He then said that he would leave the money under the rug, but he didn't do that either. We called him again, and he said that he had some family issues and would get back to us, but he still has not. We were also willing to let him pay by letting him do other projects in the yard.

Noel came out to give us an estimate within a few hours of calling him. His price was the best by about $200. He came out and did the work as scheduled.

He trimmed the trees across the street and that is where I got his name. They were also very happy with his work. He trimmed the 4 trees and two had bee hives in them. The trees look good and a lot less heavy. I was afarid they would break in the heavy snow this winter. Noel said the trees are good for another 5+ years. He also removed an old peach tree from the back yard. He did a really good job and my trees still look beautiful.
