New House

Azis was wonderful to work with on our bathroom wall dry wall project. He was punctual, very considerate, pleasant, and did a great job for us. We definitely will be asking him to perform a variety of other projects in the future and highly recommend him to others.

The workman talked a good talk. I thought he knew what flooring to use in the laundry room, but not so. Workmanship was not as I was expecting.

On time, polite, did work better than expected.

Unfortunately, it took a couple extra days to get out to give me an estimate and in the meantime my boyfriend hired out most of the work. By that time there was only the tilework to be done. I know Aziz had bigger jobs he could have taken on as he was expecting the whole job, but rather than leave me hanging, Sandy his wonderful office staffer, worked out a way for him to help me. Great work and quickly done. I'd definitely recommend New House. Great price and very professional and responsive.

Professional, personable, kind and respectable. They need 10+stars. A 3rd party from Home Depot made me wait over a month and the installer called out the day of my installation and they scheduled me for another month out. Besides that the products were incorrect and broke. I found New House (Aziv) on Home Advisor. Sandy (warm kind lady) called and emailed me almost instantly. I was almost in tears because of the long wait I had and we had already taken off our toilets for the Home Depot 3rd party to install. Sandy scheduled that day for Aziv to come look at my bathrooms that needed new tile, baseboards and toilets replaced. After meeting with him I knew I wanted him and didn't need any other company to come out. Besides his knowledge and coming to my rescue his prices are more then reasonable. He was able to start within two days coming on a SUNDAY and starting work. He worked me into his schedule. I am truly grateful and amazed that not only did Sandy quickly respond but her empathy and kindness. Aziv worked very hard, kept his word , was diligent, exact and is a perfectionist. He is a true example of the way things should be done. New house is like family to me, SO MUCH I've asked him to come again and do laminate flooring next. Very true and very trustworthy. No need to look any further. You would not regret hiring New House. Very few people and companies around that are real humans and dont take advantage of you. I highly HIGHLY recommend giving them call for any project you need done. He also has great ideas, contrasts. Things so unique. A very rare find and I am grateful for New House.

complete bathroom remodel in existing space, completed demolition, installation of backer board in shower surround, and floor, assisted with design, materials selection and selection of cabinetry. Greatly helped with staying on budget and schedule. Highly recommend for this type of project.

referred to me by two interior decorators as someone who could manage a large kitchen back splash project using custom order glass mosaic tile which other people were reluctant to tackle. Not only did he do a wonderful job, he worked with us to set a schedule that worked with other trades during the renovation. His pricing was good, skills and workmanship very high end, and he even came back on his own time to be sure the electricians didn't need some help fitting in the outlets and other items in the tile so that it would not be damaged.

The professionals did a great job, loved the quality of their work. The professionals were respectful, over it was a very great experience.

The professional had a good sense for design. I was very satisfied with his work, he was great.
