 + 0 moreNeo Tech Services, Inc. is a very SHADY company!! They had a technician show up to look at my A/C and in less than 5 minutes of being in my home, I was told that I need a freon charge and it's going to cost $420. I told them to make the repair and they assured me that there would not be any other costs associated with fixing my A/C unit. After the repair was made, we found that the A/C wasn't working last night and it was heating my house instead of cooling it. We were lucky enough to get the tech to come back out today and then he tells us that there's a broken coil and I will need to call and get an estimate. The tech didn't see the broken coil yesterday?! I've called every number listed on their website and you either get a recording for a different company or your call is forwarded to a voice mail. You can't get a live person on the phone. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!
Description of Work: My A/C unit was freezing up and not cooling the house.

 + -1 morePaid for labor upfront and it was documented as labor in Mr. Blacks handwriting. They failed to show and they took $800.00 and will not return it after they no showed for the work. Will not return calls and will disappear. Do not Hire them!
Description of Work: I was supplying all the parts and equipment for a garage heater install and he was to supply two technicians for the install.

Description of Work: BEWARE!!-Hired from CA to fix ac unit in Aurora- make long story short- installed ac unit - left not working- then blaming on wiring work he said done by prior furnace company- so had furnace co come out - they said all wiring was fine - fed up -then decided to have a new ac company come out to evaluate mess!! not only were they able to get our ac unit up and running fast turns out that this company - Rob - the owner!!! installed his new ac unit which we paid for to the wrong property (our neighbors)!!!- so not only did he charge and install an ac unit to a property that isn't even ours- he left it not working and basically charged us for something we didn't end up even needing- leaving a huge mess!!-tried to call and email to get resolved and make things right- refuses all calls and emails- pretty much took a lot of money from us for nothing!!!
