They come on the day they said. It's a little bit extra for them to do fertilization. It's like $30 to aerate front and back and it's another I think $20 or $30, I can't remember exactly. It ends up being around $60 to do the aeration and the fertilization, which I don't think is too bad when I'm in a time crunch. I'll probably call them again.

I had hired Nazca last year to do some clean up work in my yard and I was very happy with their service. I called on a Monday to have him turn on my sprinklers and he was here Wednesday. He even replaced a broken sprinkler head within the hour. I am now using them for my weekly lawn services. Very friendly and professional.

The day that they were to arrive, I was not able to be home, but instead had my husband there instead. We had agreed to just an aeration, as always, w/the agreed-upon price of $20. When I arrived home later that day, my husband said they tried charging him $90!!! They said they aerated, and fertilized too, although we never fertilize the grass as it is healthy. Besides, to charge $70 for fertilizer is a rip-off. They figured since I wasn't there, they could get away w/milking my husband for additional monies. He ended up paying them $40 just to get them off our property. I called 'Johnny' the owner and told him we were very dissatisfied w/'his arrangement' and that we felt they had taken advantage of us, especially me not being there to monitor what they were doing. He is a fast talker and would not acknowledge my concern or complaint, but instead kept saying that 'my lawn needed fertilizing', therefore, he felt justified doing it. NOT! In the meantime, I contacted my neighbor who had used him and told her what had happened. I also put it on NextDoor not to use their services and interestingly enough, some other neighbors shared their negative experiences w/Nazca too. I will NEVER use or recommend them again. Johnny refused to honor our agreement and would not refund my monies. He is a fast-talking con-man, imo.

They were always very prompt. Came every week about the same time. They did an excellent job of mowing my lawn. It was left so clean. They also trimmed my bushes and did an excellent and inexpensive job.

I contacted the landscaper, Jhonny, and we agreed he would come by our house on 4/10/15 to provide an estimate for the services we were interested in. He said he would come by after 5pm. He didn't show up and at about 5:45pm I called him. He said he was still working another job and that he would not be able to come by that day. He said he could come by the next day, Saturday. He said he would call to determine the time to stop by. He never called me the next day nor attempted to contact me. Unfortunately this lack of professionalism is very common from my experience with local landscapers. Sometimes they are responsive, other times not. I will not be contacting this landscaper again.

Nazca responded to my request promptly and courteously. Arrived as promised at the property, on time and completed the work immediately. Professional and courteous on the phone. Took a credit card payment, making it very convenient for me.

They have pretty strict prices. My yard is small and they charge me $25 for mow, edge and clean-up. I will continue using their services.
