 + 0 moreThey're pretty good about helping me out. The fuse was only about $13 but there was the service call and labor charge. Whenever I would call them and even if they were really busy, they would tell me they could squeeze me in. I really do like them. I had them do many things and they always come when I need them to come. Even though they're pricey, they were able to fix things on my old hot tub.
Description of Work: Nature's Choice Spa Service Center came out to replace a fuse in my hot tub. They also replaced my motor before. I also got my cover from them.

 + -1 moreTHE GENTLEMAN THAT CAME OUT TO DO THE REPAIRS WAS VERY KIND AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT OUR HOT TUB. HE EXPLAINED WHAT WAS WRONG AND WHAT WE COULD DO TO PREVENT THE SAME PROBLEM FROM RECURRING.
Description of Work: ANALYZING AND REPAIRING OUR SIX MAN HOT TUB AND THEN FOLLOW UP TO MAKE SURE THE HEATER AND SUCTION WERE WORKING.

 + -1 moreCAL SPAS HAD FIRST TRIED TO TROUBLE SHOOT THE PROBLEM OVER THE PHONE. WHEN THAT DID NOT WORK, THEY HAD TO MAKE 2 TRIPS OUT TO OUR HOUSE TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. ALL THIS WORK WAS DONE UNDER WARRANTY.
Description of Work: CAL SPAS SERVICE DEPARTMENT CAME OUT TO SERVICE AND REPLACE A HEATING ELEMENT IN HOT TUB.
