MSS Cleaning

My parents had a pipe in their basement bathroom break; which proceeded to flood the bathroom, office, hallway and part of a family room. I rented equipment from MSS and was extremely pleased with the equipment, services offered, and responsiveness. Andrew was extremely helpful in selecting the proper equipment and showing me how to best use it to clean and dry the effected area. The equipment was in excellent condition and could be used for both residential and commercial purposes. Andrew was very responsive when i inquired about the rental and made sure that I had everything that I might need. I was very impressed with MSS and would definitely use them again for floor cleaning and/or restoration.

Andrew arrived promptly at the agreed upon time, and got to work. He was conscientious of our wood floors and molding when bringing his equipment into the house. The equipment seemed heavy duty and newer. Beware, a vacuum truck does make a fair bit of noise for this type of service or carpet cleaning. I was a bit skeptical at how big of a difference you would see on ceramic tile, but on the lighter tile in our master bathroom, this cleaning made a huge difference. Be sure to pick up the area to be cleaned, this type of cleaning will get some steam in the area to be cleaned. Everything was dry within an hour of cleaning. I would recommend tile cleaning from MetroSource services. The service was effective, prompt, and a good value. Tile cleaning might not make your yearly home maintenance list, but it does make a significant difference, maybe every few years.

I spoke with Andrew who is the company owner and explained to him the problem i was having. I had a stain on my carpet that I was unable to get out after many failed attempts with rental machines and spot cleaners. After hearing about my attempts, other local companies suggested I replace the carpet. Andrew made no promises but thought they could help and offered to send someone by to have a look. I was immediately impressed by Metro Source Services, not only did they come to my home within a 24 hours, they showed up ON TIME!!! The techs were professional and gentle as they moved furniture and I could not be more pleased with the results. Andrew followed up with me personally to see how the job went and I really got the feeling that the company is driven by customer satisfaction rather than how many jobs they can get done in a day. I wish every customer service experience was as smooth and as stress free as this experience. I cannot recommend highly enough!!

We were very concerned about the oriental carpet but they did an awesome job of getting the stain and smell out. They also did an excellent job on the wall to wall carpet. They were on time and very reasonably priced. Very nice to work with. Answered all of our questions. I will definitely use them again.

All Seasons Carpet did a wonderful job cleaning the carpet. The service was prompt, professional and efficient, and the price was very reasonable. The owner, Craig McCarthy, was a pleasure to work with.

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT AND DO AN EXCELLENT JOB. OUR CARPETS WERE IN ROUGH SHAPE FROM A DOG AND TWO KIDS AND THEY LOOK LIKE NEW NOW. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS.

MIKE HAS CLEANED MY CARPET SEVERAL TIMES IN THE PAST YEARS AND HE ALWAYS DOES A REAL FINE JOB AND HE IS A COURTEOUS GUY. I THINK HIS COMPANY IS THE BEST AT WHAT THEY DO.

I USE THIS COMPANY EVERY 3 YEARS TO CLEAN MY ORIENTAL RUG. THEY DO A GREAT JOB. LAST TIME I USED THEM THEY HAD TROUBLE GETTING A CONSISTENT COLOR THROUGHOUT THE RUG, SO THEY CLEANED IT TWICE WITHOUT CHARGING ME EXTRA.
