+ -1 moreThe first mistake was booking through a broker (Southern Movers Guarantee). We thought we had full packing service but didn’t. Moving Mania came a day early when I didn’t have my packing fully completed. When they got there, the price of the move went up another $1500 based on the items I actually had to move versus what was estimated by the broker. Additionally, on the paper copy of the contract, the remaining balance was miscalculated. When they arrived to deliver and unload, I had to pay an add’l $275 for their calculation error so they would unload my items. Will never use this company or broker again.
