Moving Done Right

The crew was in too much of a hurry. They gave the impression that they did not want to make a second trip to move the items that didn't fit in their truck on the first trip. Their estimate of what we needed to move was underestimated by about 20% because they made that estimate based on a phone call. So, we ended up moving the remaining items ourselves. They left equipment behind at both the home we were departing and the home we moved into. We brought the equipment from the departure home to the new location for them, but they had to be prompted to return and retrieve the equipment at the new home. The crew did not place items in certain areas of the house as we requested. When asked to correct the issue, we were ignored. it is apparent that their quality of service has dropped, as evidenced by an increasing number of low ratinsgs in the past 18 months.

I just moved on 07/07/2022 and I had a very positive experience and my movers (Ventus and Patrick) were absolutely amazing. I had a negative experience with a previous moving company based in Denver and I was nervous about choosing to hire movers again around the area, however it was necessary for me to do so given my sudden decision to move in this economic climate. I was looking for an affordable option and I stumbled upon Moving Done Right. Once I gave this business a call I was taken aback by the price I was given (<$300) versus other companies who quoted me between $600 - $900. I immediately booked myself a moving date and I am so happy I did! Ventus and Patrick were kind, quick, efficient, and did not make my experience uncomfortable at all as it has been in the past with other places. All of my possessions were in great condition and both of them asked if I had any preferences as to where things were placed. I am a pretty low maintenance person and let them know that I had no preference and whole-heartedly appreciated their work. I have absolutely no expectation to be treated like a 'princess' and I am a very independent person, so I definitely appreciated how respectful, communicative, and open my movers were with me. They ever helped me pack a couple of things in my car and move it into my new place which was such a nice notion 😄 PLEASE DISREGARD EVERY NEGATIVE REVIEW LISTED HERE. I do highly believe that many people are trying to complain/scam companies during this time of inflation, however I would trust this business with my own family. Every individual I have interacted with from this business has been quick to respond, extremely patient and informative (which is important with my anxious self) and the price is unbeatable, especially during peak moving season. I am most definitely going to recommend my friends to utilize their services. Thank you Moving Done Right and especially Ventus and Patrick for making my move sooooooooo much less stressful ☺️

Terrible service. No precautions taken for covid-19. They almost left dining table and chairs and left around 15 medium to large boxes behind. One if the workers was rude and even dropped/tossed his dolly and tool box on to the driveway and got angry when I insisted they take the table and chairs. The owner was supposed to call me back and set up getting me the boxes they ignored, however, I did not hear back. They also appear to have overcharged us. My aunt was told her 400 cash was enough and then they called her back and had her pay another $130 on her credit card. Even the receipt says that it was only supposed to be 395.

They were incredibly professional, friendly and very hardworking. I would absolutely recommend them for anyone moving. The price was very reasonable/

We needed a reliable and careful moving company to move us from our one bedroom apartment to our new home. This included lots of furniture and heavy boxes. The guys at Moving Done Right showed up on time and ready to go. We had discussed the needs of my move ahead of time, and they moved everything with the utmost amount of care—making sure our new hardwood floors didn't get a scratch. Our apartment was very routine, and they did a great job with all the stairs, and putting all of the boxes in the rooms that they were labeled.
