Movemasters

I've now used Movemasters twice and have been very pleased with both experiences. The most recent experience was moving my 81-year-old stepmother into a senior living apartment. The two movers from Movemasters communicated their arrival time, were punctual, and very careful and efficient moving her belongings into the truck. At the senior apartment building, we encountered elevator problems, which made everything more challenging. Despite a frustrating situation, our movers were patient, respectful, and professional. I highly recommend Movemasters!

Everything was effortless with Movemasters: from the initial on-line request for a virtual call in which I walked through the house with a Movemaster's expert to identify not only the furniture to be moved, but also provide the layout of the house, to the ease of scheduling the move, the actual move and the follow up. The team of three lead by Logan was amazing: they were extremely careful with the furniture, but also never stopped for a minute! I wish I had that kind of energy! The original quote was spot on, too. I would not hesitate to use Movemasters again and will highly recommend them to anyone I know moving locally as I did.

Everything went so easily and efficiently! My mover team was communicative, friendly, and very professional. The move ended up costing much less than I expected as well! I would definitely hire them again.

It went extremely well. The crew were hard working and finished ahead of schedule, without doing any damage to our possessions. This was the 2nd time we used Movemasters and were so pleased both times!

Moved most furniture into apartment but left the couch in the hallway. I hired 2 maintenance men to remove the feet and carry it into the apartment and put the feet back on. It took about 15 minutes to accomplish.

The two young guys were respectful, professional and efficient in loading and unloading furniture from my daughters apartment to our residence. They arrived on time and began packing boxes, loading furniture in to the moving truck pretty quickly. They arrived at our residence and unloaded the boxes in to the garage and brought furniture in to the house. The move took less than 2 hours. They were extremely efficient and courteous. We will definitely use Movemasters for all our future moves.

We were very impressed with Move Masters. Due to a quick real estate closing on our house we were able to get the date we wanted for our move. Gabe and Adam did a great job loading, transporting, and bringing all our heavier items up our steep driveway. Due to the street being icy slick the truck wouldn't go up our driveway. The guys worked a bit harder, but never complained and were very polite, careful and professional. Super impressed from the start to the finish!

The crew from Movemasters was very professional, friendly, and working hard during our move. We ran into some technical issues with the refrigerator installation. The company is very responsive and sent folks back twice till the problem was solved. Although the price was above what was quoted! We still appreciate their excellent service and responsiveness. We would recommend it to our friends!

Movemasters handled a relatively small move for me across Denver. Everyone I interacted with was extremely responsive, efficient, and polite. When it came time for the actual move, the movers were on time, fast, and conscientious about not damaging the furniture or the doors/walls/floors as they disassembled and moved the furniture. When they unloaded at the destination, they pointed out that one item (the leaf for my dining table) had been chipped and offered to have it fixed. (I declined, because it was on the underside of the leaf and I knew it could easily be fixed with some wood glue.) The fact that they pointed it out, when it would have been months before I noticed (if ever) speaks volumes about their integrity and professionalism!

Quick, well priced, professional, and helpful. Would use again, especially for local moves.

The crew from Movemasters was amazing during our move. The guys were lightening fast and extremely respectful of our belongings! Not one sing item was damaged or broken and because of their speedy work, we came in below what was quoted! Would definitely recommend!

It was wonderful working with Movemasters ; they made a very stressful time go very smoothly. In particular, Dan and Henry, who moved us the 2nd time (furniture from staging the house) were amazing! They were always pleasant and cheerful even when moving very difficult pieces. They were hardworking and professional. Jessie, Jack and Finn were professional, punctual and I knew what was happening every step of the way. I moved to a town home and they had to park the truck in the alley way which blocked some of my neighbors garages. The treated my new neighbors with respect when asked to move the truck three times. It's not an easy task to move the truck in the middle of moving furniture and boxes. Thank you Move Masters. I would refer anyone to you.

Movemasters is my go-to moving company and they are the ones I recommend to all my friends and neighbors. Always prompt, courteous, friendly, and careful with our items. Best moving company we have ever used and we have used many in our previous moves when we were in the military.

The crew we got was incredible, they were very respectful and responsive, even our biggest items were no challenge for them, I even called during the appointment and told the home office how pleased I was. And the overall cost was completely reasonable, will definitely recommend!

The three person moving crew was efficient, hardworking, and professional. They negotiated multiple stairways in the new home to deliver furniture to the desired rooms. They worked quickly and didn’t waste time. The company maintained good and timely communication with me and my son. In another indication of their professionalism, the movers wore masks and maintained social distance from my family members. (This move was made during the second month of the COVID-19 pandemic in the U.S. The movers’ disassembly and assembly of furniture was less than perfect, however, leaving one bed drawer runner askew. But Movemasters cheerfully compensated us for the bed drawer runner repair. In addition, the cost to us came in under Movemasters initial bid. My son has made several moves and said, “This is as good as it gets!” Overall, my son and I were quite satisfied with the move.

Movemasters is the best moving company I've ver used. They were affordable, fast, and professional. Our three movers (Dakota, Tony, and Adam) were amazing and moved us out of our old home and into our new one in a matter of just a few hours with no issues at all. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely great. Always on time. Very courteous workers and office staff. Took great care to avoid any damage to our furniture and to the new floors (and the woodwork on our 120 year old house.

Efficiently, professionally and courteously

They took their time (and charge by the hour in 15 minute increments rounded up). They initially quoted me 2 hours and took well over 3 hours to move only a few pieces of furniture from our old place to the new place, less than a mile away. They got lost on the way to our new place, then I watched them literally circle the block a few times when they got there. They *each* took a while to use our toilet in our new place and left huge skidmarks for us to clean up (then of course charged us for that time). Finally, they charged for 45 additional minutes to get back to their office after the move finished, which was only a 7 minute drive at the time according to Google Maps. They said they needed 45 minutes to "give them time to park." I initially found them on Angie's List and saw great reviews, so based on my experience I'm honestly surprised they had so much positive feedback. I called the moving company about 40 minutes after the guys left and the guy who answered said the guys weren't even back yet. After I complained about my experience, the company gave us a discount, which was appreciated and a good move on their part. I still wouldn't recommend them based on my experience. It was very clear they were trying to run the clock as much as possible. ***Update*** After I left my review, the owner of the company called me and discussed my experience. He generously offered to refund the entire move, which was very much appreciated after the experience I had.

Perfectly. The movers were here at the scheduled time, they got right to work and were enjoyable people at the same time. They finished the job correctly and competently. Additionally, all phone calls I made to the company to schedule or ask questions were handled very well.

To start, I reached out to probably 5 or 6 moving companies for quotes and these guys are one of only two that even bothered to respond. Throughout the process they were communicative and helpful. They provided an accurate quote and stayed within that quote. The movers were efficient and adept. We had zero broken/damaged items and everything happened on time and as expected. Highly recommend!
