The move went well. The 2 movers were prompt, friendly and easy to work with. They moved my belongings with care and everything went smoothly.

The team exceeded all my expectations. I had a very large piece of antique furniture that they could not get in the front door of my condo complex. They not only had to remove the door, but the doorframe. I suspect most movers would have left the item on the sidewalk, but they worked through the problem. They were courteous, professional and respectful. Indeed I will be using them again for an upcoming "furniture shuffle." I highly recommend Movemasters.

They were prompt. They were very professional. They were hard workers. They took care in moving our furniture. This is a great company. We would definitely hire again.

From the initial phone call to the final move, Movemasters was professional, punctual and courteous. We called several other moving companies before deciding on Movemasters. We chose them because of the quick response for an estimate and the general professionalism displayed by the call taker and the estimator who came to the house to give us a bid on the move. The quoted price was slightly more than the other companies but the demeanor of the people from the other companies didn't seem to match those of Movemasters. The quoted price to move (just over $3800) included a crew of 4 that came to pack our household and a crew of 6, with 2 trucks, to move. About $180 of the total charge was for packing materials. We lived in that house for nearly 20 years so you can only imagine what we had accumulated over the years. We had a four car garage where two of the stalls were used as a shop/storage area making the packing task even harder. They called while they were on the way and arrived on time, ready to work. It was a long day for the packers, but mission accomplished! On moving day, they came with an additional truck, for a total of 3 trucks. ( I appreciated that they did this because my sister-in-law used one of the other companies that we called and they had to move items themselves that those movers couldn't fit in the number of trucks that were quoted in the estimate.) Once again, they were on time and called when they were about 15 minutes out. When they arrived, they got right to it. They spent the morning packing the trucks. They worked non-stop until the trucks were packed. The extra truck was a good call because the first 2 trucks were packed tight. When they arrived at the new house, they worked like machines until the trucks were empty. It's important to note that the old house was a one story house with no basement. The new house had a basement and we had the movers puts about 1/3 of the items in the basement. It may have been harder to unpack than it was to pack but the crew didn't blink, in fact, everyone associated with Movemasters was courteous and friendly! As a side note, my wife and I initially discussed the option of packing ourselves. It was well worth it to pay the additional packing charge, just in stress relief alone! When we're done unpacking, Movemasters said they will come and pick up the boxes so that they can be recycled. This company gets an A plus rating from me. At first, the price seemed a little steep but when all was said and done, we got our money's worth in service and reduction of stress.

It was exceptional from estimate to execution. The estimate was accurate by $20, they showed up on time with a crew of 3 and the right size truck. They were both fast and careful, checking in along the way to confirm our preferences. Most impressive was the fact that the took the sectional from the lowest level out the patio door and up the rocks on the side of the house, to make sure no walls or furniture were damaged. This was the hard way, but the right way and it really impressed us. When they got to the new house they were aware it was a new build and went to pain staking lengths to carefully place items on all three levels and not leave any marks. I've used movers 4 times in 3 states and these guys were the best. Wesley was the crew leader and he had it together and his team was awesome.

We needed a moving company that would take all our property and place it in storage for 7 weeks until our new home was available. The movers were super-fast and careful with our many collectibles. They wrapped all the furniture to protect it and inventoried it very carefully. Two months later they brought everything to our new home and I noticed that they had re-packed a few boxes that we didn’t pack well enough. They didn’t charge us for that, they just did it to make sure our property was safe. Not one thing was damaged. Great company. The price for moving AND storage in a safe climate controlled environment was 1700.00

From the time I first called Movemasters, they were friendly, professional, and very accommodating. Damian, in the main office, was extremely helpful and reassuring throughout the entire process. We had already moved most boxes, but needed special care for our furniture. The team sent to do our move - Derek, Dan C, Tom, Owen, and James - introduced themselves, shook our hands, answered every question, and never grumbled at any changes we made in furniture placement or other requests. Their customer service training showed, and it made all the difference. When they did not have a piece of equipment they needed to move one of our antiques, Derek called the Movemasters office, and a rep was at our home with what he needed within an hour. When they accidentally scratched our refrigerator door, Damian indicated they would replace it, and they did - promptly- and even sent a serviceman to install the new one! I have since referred several others to Movemasters, and will continue to do so.

we had 4 trucks and 7 guys. The entire team was respectful and hard working. They came out under the price of the estimate. All work was accomplished on the same day. There was minor damage to a garage freezer which they compensated me for by subtracting 1 hour and $100 from the final cost. I bought that was more than fair. Moving 4 full trucks and a 5000 square foot house that included a basement and 4 bedrooms and only have that minor damage is amazing. There was no damage to walls on either house. These guys were literally running on the Trucks moving our items. I would highly recommend movemasters and I plan to use them for our future moves, either big or small.

Our experience with Movemasters was wonderful! They were such a bright spot in the otherwise miserable process of moving. They were professional, efficient and polite - they got our house moved on a 95 degree day while maintaining a positive attitude. My husband and I were exhausted by the end of the day but the Movemasters team was still going with smiles on their faces. They also wrapped up everything carefully and protected our floors and walls, which was a big concern of ours since we had just laid down new harward floors - the team took excellent care of us! We ran into one glitch when they realized a toolbox wouldn't fit on their ramps (which they realized immediately upon arrival but hadn't noticed during the estimate process). They took care of it completely, which was a commitment to customer service you don't often see - they called their office, who arranged to rent a truck with a wider ramp and sent two more guys over with it to get the toolbox. Another company could have just left the toolbox there and maybe given us a discount, but Movemasters went a step beyond and solved the problem for us since they had included it in the estimate - we were so grateful not to have to find a way to move this ourselves after! We highly recommmend them for anyone getting ready to move house!

Everyone I dealt with was exceedingly professional and courteous. Punctual and polite. 1500sq' townhouse plus half a two car garage of boxes all moved, loaded, and stored effortlessly.

The packing and moving was great. They came the day before to pack up everything. Two guys about high school/college age. They were friendly and efficient. They asked about things if they were unsure and were careful with the breakable objects. The next day two other guys showed up, they were the same age as the previous guys. Also very friendly and efficient. They moved a piano among other heavy objects. Everything arrived to our new house in great shape. I would recommend this company to anyone in the Denver area.

They were on time, friendly and worked quickly. They also came in very close to the estimate given. I have not unpacked everything yet, but it appears that everything made it to the new location in the same condition as it was prior to the move! My only criticism would be that since I told them this was the first time I have hired movers, some additional information would have been appreciated. For example, it would have been good to know in advance what they cannot move - like propane tanks and the trash can - so we could have prepared to move those items ourselves the day before. Other than that I have no complaints and I would recommend them. The moving crew was one person short on a Saturday, but they had great attitudes and hustled the entire time.

What a great experience this was and I cannot express my gratitude for the hard work that the Movemasters team provided. Estimate came out almost as expected and I think they finished sooner than expected. Very polite and courteous and very careful with all of my mom's belongings. They put stuff wherever she wanted and they put her bed together without us even asking!! What a great experience and again I highly recommend them for any moving job and when I decide to move they will be my first call. I almost forgot. I live in the same complex as my mom and they came over and picked up some stuff I had of hers over here and they dropped off stuff that I had in her storage crawl space and then they picked up a chair from the downstairs neighbor and took care of that as well!! Amazing company!!

I was delighted with the service I received from Movemasters. Prior to the move, Dan (estimator) arrived on time, quickly assessed my move, was professional, gave me an approximate cost, and then sent an email confirming the move and cost. On the day of the move Joe and Isaac showed up as expected and did an amazing job of making the move happen. The move consisted of picking up items at three different locations and then delivering everything to Edwards, CO. At each stop they hustled to load the clean, well maintained truck and were very professional in how they handled things. Both Joe and Isaac were polite, respectful, and eager to please, even though the move included quite a few stairs. The drive over the mountains to Edwards went quickly and they then professionally moved the furniture, artwork, and boxes into the house, wherever needed. Everything arrived in as good a shape as it was before the journey. Then, as if that wasn't good enough, they gave me a final bill which was a bit lower than originally estimated. If I ever have a need to move again, I will definitely contact Movemasters.

From start to finish, Movemasters made me look good because I had recommended this company to my niece from a neighbor's recommendation. She had used them several times in the past and was always pleased. From the first phone contact to the time the movers locked up their empty moving van, my niece and I were thrilled with the professionalism and good work done by everyone involved. Thank you for making a difficult job so much easier for us.

The entire staff of Movemasters was very professional -- from Dan who came to provide the estimate -- to the moving crew (Charles, the supervisor, and Chris and Damien). I found Movemasters on Angie's List and chose them because of the stellar ratings, which they certainly deserve. I recommend them highly. They are very professional, courteous, and reasonable. They worked very diligently and kept me informed every step of the way. I've always used another national carrier in the past (and have also been satisfied), but the quote for this local move was too expensive. I'm glad I chose Movemasters instead. They really understand the concept of customer service. I also referred friends of mine to them just recently. My friends had a large move with many pieces of expensive artwork. They were also extremely pleased with Movemasters.?

These guys are amazing! I was concerned because the day we were scheduled to move it was snowing. I called Dan with my concerns about moving when it was snowing and he said 'not to worry', because they moved things in all types of weather. The three guys involved were very careful to put down blankets on the entryway to the house and inside the house (both the place we moved from and the place we moved into) so our carpets would not be soiled by their wet shoes. Even though it was snowing heavily at times the guys never let up and did a great job. I also used Movemasters the following week to help me load a truck that I then drove myself to a location that was in another state. As usual, the guys (two this time) worked efficiently and did a wonderful job of packing the truck. When I arrived at my location after a 1,000+ mile trip, we unloaded the truck and did not find any damage.

Movemasters did a great job and we are delighted with their service. They kept us informed about status of trucks and people. Their moving staff were not only professional - but they really hustled on both days - and seemed happy about their jobs and the work they were doing for us.

Came out and walked through our house and outbuilding, then provided a detailed estimate. When I scheduled the appointment to have him come out and do the walk through, he offered to reserve a tentative date for the move. Everything went exactly as planned - they showed up when they said they would, provided the two trucks they said they would, and everyone hustled. There was no sitting around with this crew. They wrapped/protected all of the furniture, took apart (and reassembled at the new house) anything that needed to be taken apart to move safely, padded corners, everything. Nothing was damaged and they put everything where we wanted. They were all very polite as well. I highly recommend them and would use them myself in the future, although I hope it's not too soon because moving is a lot of work, but they made the worst part of it go very smoothly.

We had lined up a different mover to move our 89 year old mother's belongings from a home to a condo, but after reading reviews on Angie's List, we cancelled. With only a week to find a mover, we contacted Movemasters because of the stellar ratings given by others. Luckily, they had a cancellation for the very date we needed to move. Tim came to the house on a Saturday (four days before the move) to give us a bid. Before he left, he gave us information on insurance and said whatever company we used, we needed to be aware of what would be covered. He did this because our mother has quite a lot of nice antique furniture. He also said that they'd arrange to have her baby grand piano moved by a professional piano mover and include that price in their quote. There were also some items we wanted moved to a couple of different addresses, which Tim said would not be a problem. We received the quote via email a couple hours later and quickly accepted the terms. Their price was guaranteed not to exceed, unlike the other mover we had lined up. The team of four movers arrived on time the day of the move with two trucks. The piano mover arrived with a separate truck. Everyone was friendly, hard-working, flexible, careful, professional and courteous. Without a doubt, we could not have asked for a better experience. It was hard for our mother to leave her home and move to a condo, but they lessened her stress by taking great care with her belongings. We would highly recommend this company to anyone.

The guys did a great job! They arrived on time, worked hard and fast, and were extremely polite and courteous. We did have an item that received some damage, but it was taken care of quickly and professionally. I will be moving again in the very near future when closing on my new place is complete and intend to use Movemasters for that move as well.

We packed our own boxes (although I believe they will provide a full pack and set up service if you want that), but Movemasters moved everything. They are punctual, polite, professional and FAST (from the guy they sent out to do our original estimate, to the crew they sent to move us)! They showed up on the morning of the move on schedule, with plenty of guys and truck space. They had our entire 3 bedroom home (including a basement and garage full of tools , and two drill presses!) loaded and transported in less than 3 hours...including the hour drive to our new place. They had us unloaded into the new house in a couple hours. Their crews work HARD! No damage at all, everything went so smoothly, I honestly couldn't believe how well it went. I can very highly recommend Movemasters.
