Movemasters

I have used them several times and they are by far the best movers for a decent price in the state. I also refer them to my clients!

They were on time, worked extremely hard and didnt bang up or scratch anything. One young man cut himself and a tiny bit of blood got on carpet but he promptly showed it to me and it all cleaned up just fine. I was very impressed with this company and would recommend them to anyone!

The move went incredibly well and was actually quite stress free, thanks to the helpful and enthusiastic attitudes of our two movers. The communication was excellent and the movers were prompt. They worked straight for 5 hours and wouldn't even bill me for the 15 minute stop they took between the storage unit and the house. They were totally honest- everything was explained up front and there were no surprises. The movers were polite, respectful, and careful with our things. The company owner even called me the next day to make sure I was pleased with the move and to thank me for my business. We will definitely be using them for future moves.

Team was punctual and very responsive taking care of all aspects of the move. Actual time was longer than expected but they stuck to their original estimate. Awesome to work with.

Promptly responded when I requested a visit to obtain quote. Scheduled in our timeframe and arrived on time on day of move. 2 trucks, 5 guys, and all of them worked hard and fast! In fact, they finished early, knocking off about $250 from the original quote. Respectful and careful - nothing damaged or broken. Would definitely use them in the future!

Overall, we had a wonderful experience with everyone we talked to or met from Movemasters. They did an in home estimate up front, held and changed our appointment date with no hassle, and arrived as expected on moving day. The team that moved us was very friendly and courteous, and took extra care with our belongings. There was a desk that had been damaged before we moved, which they were sure to point out and discuss with me before loading it to confirm there was no misunderstanding later. Once the move was done, I received a follow up call to confirm all was satisfactory with our move, and they were very responsive to the one concern I had with some missing hardware for the bed frame that was not taped to the bed frame itself (they gave it to me and I set it down and we lost it). They offered to reimburse the cost of replacing the hardware if needed. Fortunately, we later found the hardware so all was well. I was very satisfied with everything, and we will definitely use them again if needed. I would also recommend them to my friends and family, and anyone looking to move.

Fantastic!!!!! We cannot say enough about the company as we had to slip dates twice and it was never a problem. The crew was beyond professional, personable and hard working. Further, they helped us with tipping over large items to add felt bottoms as we have hardwood floors at the new place. On the 2nd move, they checked to see if we wanted to move previously placed items elsewhere. We could go on and on - customer satisfaction went beyond excellent - they delighted us! There were so many wonderful things they did to help us in a stressful situation.

They were late due to a truck issue but did call to let me know. They worked fast and were very careful with most items. We had some scratches on things but they called me to see how it all went and sent someone out to fix the things that were wrong. I hope to not move again for a long time but would definitely use them again.

I simply cannot speak highly enough of Movemasters. They went above and beyond in every aspect of their service. Scheduling was painless and informative, and both members I spoke to were extremely friendly and eager to help. The movers themselves, Troy and Jesus, were incredible. They were friendly and polite, and worked very hard and quickly. They clearly weren't trying to run up the clock, which is greatly appreciated. We ran into a couple curveballs unloading, and these guys took it in stride and went above and beyond to accommodate. In fact they saved me $100/month on storage by somehow fitting all my excess belongings into an on-site storage unit, playing Tetris and achieving the impossible, all with a great attitude. I'll never go anywhere else for future moves if I can help it, and would recommend them to absolutely anyone.

Best movers ever! Super professional and courteous! These guys were literally running from truck to house all day. Hard workers! The Lead made sure all of the furniture was in good shape and placed where we wanted it before they left. I've moved a lot in the past 5 years, and this company and crew were by far the best I've ever worked with. An owner came out to look at the items that needed to be moved to give me a realistic estimate of the number of men and hours needed for move. Moreover, they were super easy to schedule with and were flexible when I needed to change the day. They even followed up a week after our move to find out if we were happy and how everything went.

Movemasters are a great company to work with and we would not hesitate to use them again! Christian showed up promptly to evaluate our moving needs and quickly estimated how much time it would take to complete the move and how much the move would cost. On the move date, Jackson and Nathan showed up right on time and we spent a little time walking through all of the items that we needed help with. They were very polite and asked us about any items that they were unsure about. Jackson and Nathan went promptly to work and 5 1/2 hours later, they were done. I could not have asked for two better guys to help us out. We will use Movemasters again (if necessary!) and will tell all of our friends about them!

Movemasters is the only moving company I contacted that came to my house to give me an estimate. They also delivered flat moving boxes and supplies to me door free of charge. On move day, they arrived on time with an additional truck, just in case. All the movers were professional and courteous. They worked very efficiently and emptied a 3-bedroom house in under three hours. They placed the furniture and boxes in the new house per my request and did not leave until I was completely satisfied. Movemasters is truly the best moving company I ever hired and I will definitely use them again!

The move went well. The excellent crew showed up on time and packed everything the day before the move and moved us back in. We did the unpacking. Nothing was damaged.

This was my first time hiring movers. I've moved so many times--including across the country twice. I didn't know what to expect. I was extremely impressed with the guys who came to assist. Not only did they literally run in between loads, everything was handled with care and not a single wall, door, or piece of furniture was damaged. They came with furniture pads, placed plastic on the carpet, and plastic wrapped drawers & dressers. I will hire Movemasters when ever I move again--without doubt. My brother-in-law was there to witness and even he said he would use Movermasters when he moves in the future. A++++

The workers are earning the A's. They were polite and on time. They were courteous and helpful.

I called for an estimate and they came the next day to look over the move items and provided an estimate that same afternoon. I opted for the extra insurance ($150) because some of the items were high quality/value. The moving crew was punctual, respectful, and careful. All of my items were moved with a scratch, and pads/blankets were provided to protect the furniture. They brought tools to disassemble and reassemble my dining table for the move because it can't fit through doorways as one piece. They showed up at 8am and we were fully moved and done unloading by 10:30. I would use them again if I ever had a need.

Movemasters was very professional and efficient. We moved to a new house about one mile from our old one. 4 Movers showed up with 2 trucks and got everything moved. They all worked hard and were very professional.

Movemasters was able to send 3 trucks, each 27 feet long, and they sent 11 guys to move me in just 3.5 hours! These guys took the time to wrap and pack everything properly yet they were hustling. It was nice to work with a mover who wasn't dragging their feet while the meter was running. These guys were legit. No joke legit.
