Excellent. The staff was on time, professional, and courteous from start to finish. There was no down time or laziness at all. The gentleman moved fast but with care. I would definitely hire again and have already referred them to a friend.

Moved from Castle Rock to Bailey, CO. Movemasters was as professional as they come. Starting with the quote, no pressure this is the price quote. Never blew up my phone but was always receptive to answer any questions leading up to the move. On packing day we were pleasantly surprised at the professionalism taken by this crew; well mannered and efficient, always asking is there anything we can do for you? Unpacking day was all of the same. This was a stressful time for us and this company made this part of buying a house a breeze. We have moved 1/2 dozen times in the past and Movemasters customer service is like nothing we have experienced to date! This company brings BEST VALUE to its own level. BK

My move of my 2250 sq ft house from Highlands Ranch to Arvada went very well with Movemasters. Their 2 man moving team were able to move my furniture around some cumbersome stairwells and corners within my house without damaging the furniture or the drywall, which I greatly appreciated. Their team was very professional and courteous between the guy that came by to give me a quote and the 2 guys that did the moving. I would definitely hire them again.

I've moved nearly a dozen times in the last 30 years. This was hands down the best move experience I've ever had. From initial estimate to scheduling to actual move I dealt with professional people. They said what they would do, then did it. They showed up on time, worked hard, were very courteous, and were reasonably priced. I've already mentioned Movemasters to several friends. The guys that were sent to do the move were great. Took more time than estimated, but overall happy with the service provided.

Great! Very responsive, on-time and very reasonably priced. No surprises in the billing except note that their time calculation starts once the drivers leave the truck location and ends once they return to the truck location. I thought it started once they got to the house.

We did research on who should help us with our move. MoveMasters made the short list based on their strong reputation in town. They also quoted a competitive price. And they lived up to both. Local owners are involved in the business. Crew was very professional. When an issue arose - they made it right. If we need to move again - they'll definitely get a shot at the job.

The 4 guys that did the move, Derek, Carlos, Wesley, and Mac, were all exceptional: Patient, energetic, positive attitudes all around. They were understanding and careful. No damage was sustained to any of the sensitive items in the move. They would be my first choice for another move.

Great group of guys that did the impossible. They put my life long furniture acquisitions securely unto two trucks that I transported to Arizona. Timely, courteous and conscientious. I would Not only recommended them but I would utilize their services again.

Great! Prior to the appointment I was given a cost estimate and breakdown of the charges. The men called to let me know when they were on the way and arrived ready to work. They were polite and considerate of my possessions. I was very pleased with the service and recommend this company.

I was very pleased with the results. I had requested two men for two hours to help unload a moving truck into an apartment in Denver. They showed up on time and unloaded the truck in record time. Hardworking and very responsive. Would definitely use again.

I received a call the day before confirming all the details. They called the morning of the move letting me know when they were leaving and when to expect them. They arrived ON TIME...all five of the crew were young men and they introduced themselves. The did a walk thru 1st to see what stayed/left. They worked well as a team, kidding and joking along the way, lots of energy, they were all busy making sure they all did their part. Always confirming with us how we wanted something handled. We did a walk thru in the apartment to make sure everything was correct. When they arrived at the house we did another walk thru and I directed traffic if they had a question on a piece of furniture or box. They took a longer lunch and they took off that time from our bill and also applied the Angie's 5% discount. Move was quoted at 8 hours and it took 8 hours ! VERY HAPPY and SATISFIED with MoveMasters!

Lifesavers! After multiple moves in the last few years, I decided I didn't want to deal with the hassle of moving myself. These guys were so professional, careful, thorough and quick. They went above and beyond to make it as stress-free as possible for me. Highly recommend!!!!!

On April 21, 2017 we hired Movemasters to move and store all of our belongings for approximately 7 months. Upon our move out of our home, we asked the moving staff when our belongings would be marked, tagged for identification or a manifest made with ID on our property. We were told it would be completed at the storage facility. It was not known to us that this was not completed at that time until we asked to have our belongings moved from Movemasters storage to our new home. On November 11, 2017, Movemasters delivered two full trucks of our possessions. (within these two trucks were two tables that were not ours, we sent them back). Realizing that this was not all of our possessions, a call was made and most of the possessions were delivered. Not ONE item, box or piece of furniture had any type of tag, label, ID stating these were our things. Over the next few days we found that several items were missing: 2 bikes, a drop down leaf table, two cherry shelves for a bookcase, a step stool, box of kitchen items including a bread machine, and 4 wardrobes of men's clothes. I had also asked for several mirrors which were found among other of our items. Did not mention/request them in the final weeks of searching for these other items. After calling and requesting many times about my husband's clothes, I received a text with pictures of clothes in 3 wardrobes, and my (Linda's) bike. No table, kitchen items or Bob's bike. We began calling daily, practically begging for our items. During one conversation my husband offered to come down to look for our items, and was told that was not going to happen. We offered them to come to our home to see that we do not have the items (bike, table shelves, etc) to prove that we were not making this up, and they declined. We suggested many times to check their 'manifest' of our items and were then told that one was not made. On Thursday December 7th, I received a text from employee Damien with a picture of our drop leaf table. I reminded them of our other possessions. During this time period, Damien stated that upon reviewing their security tapes of the storage dock, Bob's bike was there while an employees swept the dock. Employee moved the bike out of the vision of the camera, and our bike was never seen again, nor found on their premises. One can assume that the bike was taken by someone off the property. Bike was worth approximately $200. No police report done, no bike ever found on Movemasters property. On Thursday, December 14th, I sent another email to Damien and asked about our shelves. On Friday, December 15th, I received a text with pictures of the shelves. On Saturday, December 16th, they delivered our table and shelves. NO wardrobe of men's suits and sport coats. My husband is a sought after physician who specializes in Pulmonary Hypertension. He travels throughout our region and states educating other Pulmonologists and Critical Care physicians regarding treatment of specialized care. He wears and needs his sports coats and suits. My husband purchases 90% of his clothing at Andrisen Morton's in Cherry Creek in Denver. He has a long established history of maintaining professional countenance in purchasing his clothing there. ( We estimate that his clothing losses are valued at around $11,000-12,000.) Our last conversation with Damien occurred on December 23rd. I asked him for restitution for the missing items. They offered to pay $0.60 cents per pound of what they figured our items would have weighted which amounted to $1,000. I told him that that was not acceptable. Since we did not take out their insurance, we were told to file a claim with our homeowners insurance for any other losses. After the Christmas holidays, my husband and I sought the advice of an attorney. A letter was sent to Movemasters. We received a letter back from their attorney, generally denying our claims of loss. They stated that they delivered all our possessions within a week of our move and they did not. I have records of texts with dates, times with Movemasters phone number on them to prove that they are wrong. They denied the statement that their employee said to me regarding what happens to items that are 'misplaced' or "not wanted" is given away. Damien said that to me when I questioned him about these items. Realizing finally what type of company we were dealing with (untruthful statements), we decided to just give in and ask for the $1000.00 they offered us. We received a letter of Settlement and Release, stating that when we accept the $1000.00 and sign the agreement, we were to never mention or disparage the name Movemasters, and if we did we would pay Movemasters $2500. in liquidated damages. WE DID NOT SIGN THIS AGREEMENT AND THUS FORFEITED THE $1,000. We felt that by Movemasters stating this clause in this agreement, it was an admittance of their wrongful business practices of not properly taking care of and returning all of our possessions to us. We were to never mention how disrespectful and unorganized they are in regards to storage management and retrieval. So at this time, we felt we are best suited to complain to the proper authorities and tell our story about Movemasters. Even though we did not take out their insurance, customers like us are due our belongings that we entrust them with. Insurance is for damages, breakage and torn fabric chairs, which we had with our furniture move and which they properly took care of. It should not be included in boxes of missing appliances and valuable clothing that are not returned or found to the homeowner. This company may be fine if you just move and do not store your home furnishing. They are not reliable, trust-worthy, honest or competent to organize, manage and successfully return all your items to you once stored. The facts I have stated above are true. Dr. Robert E. I can't say enough good things about this company. I needed to change my move date three times and they were so understanding and accommodating. Everyone I talked to or dealt with was extremely kind and professional. The move was the easiest one I've had in a long time (I move about every two years so have lots of experience!). They packed and moved and there were no problems with anything. Honestly, I haven't dealt with any type of company that has impressed me this much in years. Use Movemasters if you want a pleasant, easy move.

Perfectly. Coordination with the office was smooth, the crews showed up exactly when promised. Everyone involved in the process was exceptionally friendly and professional. Nothing was broken during the move. The total charge ended up being less than the estimate and they came back two weeks later and took away all the boxes.

It went without a glitch or hitch. I can't give this company, from the owner, to the guys doing the wrapping, lifting, and driving, enough praise.

I chose Move Masters based upon a recommendation from a close friend, their on-line reviews and their quick response to my initial call. Anyone who has moved knows how stressful it can be, juggling everything from changing addresses to packing and unpacking and everything in between. I have moved 6 times in the last 6 years, 2 of the moves were long distance and I used a different moving company for each move. My Move Masters experience was the best by far; their customer service, responsiveness and professionalism are definitely a cut above the rest. The bottom line is that I recommend them without hesitation!

For the most part, our move went smoothly. However, the second crew that delivered our things to Pueblo were almost 4 hours late on their delivery time; we understand that things come up, we just recommend in future, that there be more communication with customer about delays and changes in schedule/price. Overall, we are very pleased with the service and work of Movemasters and would recommend them to anyone moving.

Second time, we got the "B" (summer workers). They were polite and worked hard, just not as efficient as the first group. When I mentioned this to the owners, they promptly gave me an hour refund! Best moving company ever!

The guys helped us load everything up (down two flights of stairs!) and then unload at the storage unit, all with not only a great attitude, but great care for our possessions. Very impressed with the crew that helped us on moving day, and every interaction we had with the rest of the crew throughout the hiring process + leading up to the big day. Would definitely recommend.

Once I signed off on the Stevens contract, there was literally no customer service to be had. I cannot thank MoveMasters enough for the flexibility, professionalism, and the kindness that they extended to me during this horribly stressful move. Stevens Worldwide Van Lines did not follow through on any one of their commitments about delivery. Every single person that I encountered at MoveMasters was professional, kind, and accomodating. MoveMasters is truly a one of a kind company. I cannot thank them enough for how they have helped me out. A special thank you to Damien who kept me calm through this harrowing experience, and to Tim, one of the co-owners, who has been nothing but kind, flexible, and enormously helpful.

It went great. They came to the condo to give me an accurate estimate of the costs. I really appreciated that because there were no surprises. They were on-time, courteous, and professional. I also had them pack up the condo and not a single item got broken. They kept in touch before, during and after the move. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
