Movemasters

I originally found Movemasters on Angie's list after a different mover gave me a ridiculously high quote. I am very glad that I called them. They stayed in communication with me in the days prior to the move, including a rescheduling needed because of weather. On the day of the move, they sent four men and two trucks to move our heavy furniture and other items. The guys were very professional, friendly and efficient. They were also very careful with our belongings. In the end, the bill came to within about $50 of the original quote, which I think is a great job of quoting. Movemasters are highly recommended.

They were prompt, worked steadily and carefully. One of the pieces that we had them move was a fragile, antique, mirrored vanity that was already beginning to fall apart - having brought this to their attention, they managed to get it down the winding stairs and into our new place no worse for the move. They patiently re-assembled and arranged all of the furniture just where we wanted it in our new place, even when we changed our minds a couple of times. We definitely feel that we got our money's worth.

This is my 4th move with Move Masters. My wife and I were very happy. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and made every effort possible to protect our belongings. We found the crew to be very professional. During the move, the movers caused a small door "ding" (a common occurrence with any move). They took the door to their facility and fixed it. It looks better than new. I'll definitely use Move Masters again.

These guys are awesome. Since I wasn't exactly sure what date I was moving out on, they set up two appointments for me, which insured that I got to move out at the earliest possible time. They were on time. Once they got there, they worked non-stop. They even did a couple of extra things for me (i.e. taking furniture to the trash) They were careful with my furniture and there were no hidden costs. My furniture went to their storage and was well taken care of there. Delivery went as well as pickup. I would definitely use them again.

I had a great experience with Movemasters. The person I talked to on the phone was very helpful & his guesstimate of the time it would take was dead on. He was straight up about their prices and they were comparable or a lot better than the other places I called. They showed up exactly on time and were friendly, easy going, fast, and very professional. I had been worried that all of my things wouldn't fit in the storage unit but after one look around my place I was told it would be no problem. There's no way I could have gotten everything in but they are definitely pros and placed everything so well I was able to easily add a car load of last minute things the next day that I hadn't had chance to pack. The unit was organized so the things I said I'll need to access are right in the front and they used some extra boxes I had to pad and protect everything while it's in storage which was great. This experience was the complete opposite of one I had with a different company when I moved in which was a disaster. This was about as stress-free of a moving experience as I could hope for and I'll definitely call this company again.

Do use Angie's list and verify the mover is licensed on the Colorado Pubic Utilities Commission website: http://www.dora.state.co.us/pls/real/PUC_Permit.Search_Form. This way if someone gets hurt moving you they can collect workers comp and not sue the home owner. Do wrap all leather furniture in plastic to protect it from scratches. Do get three estimates to help you understand the costs. Be careful who you select the lowest cost offer may abuse your house hold goods.

We had the head of the company come out to do an estimate 3 weeks before our move day, he quoted the next day via email a 2-man crew and 7 hours. The young men were clean and wore nice clothing for moving. They introduced themselves, had me give them a tour, and then got started. These two NEVER made a trip out to the truck empty handed, and literally ran back in to the apartment from the truck. They were polite and very careful with the furniture. The crew leader was very conscientious of how much we needed to get in, and stacked carefully. They worked around me (finishing up packing at the last minute), and were able to do the full load between 9am and 11:15a - the fastest I have ever seen done. Despite having moved several loads ourselves, and loading up the cars the day of, the truck was not quite large enough, leaving about 2 jeep loads behind at the apartment. They were very willing to work with us on the remaining space so as to make sure all the essentials made it. They took their lunch while we transitioned to the new house, and arrived promptly when expected. They began unloading, making sure things were going where we wanted them. The energy with which they unloaded was just as high as when they were loading - impressive for being that late in the day. They reassembled all of the furniture, and did a final walk-through with me to make sure there wasn't any tweaking that was needed. The stuff that went to the basement was very neatly stacked where we had indicated, not just set down. In all, it took 9 hours (completing about 5pm), but since it was over estimate, they split the difference with us on cost, and were generous on how long it would take them to drive back (from Erie to i-25 and Santa Fe on the night of the Presidential Debate). We were VERY happy with the service and the pricing. I have moved many times, and never been this pleased with the team and service of a company.

The owner of the company provided a timely and accurate estimate. Estimate was delivered by email and scheduled the appointment over the phone. Company called day before to confirm appointment and details. Moving crew arrived on time and completed the work under estimated time.

I called Movemasters for a quote to move into our new home and determine when they could schedule the move. The good news is their price was reasonable and they were able to schedule my move within the same week of my call which I did not expect. On move day the guys arrived on time and were great to work with. They moved us in a very timely manner and also put our boxes in all the right rooms and were able to do so within the estimate. I would recommend Movemasters for anyone looking to move.

Movemasters team arrived on time. After assessing the house they began unloading right away. Our possessions were transferred with no damage. The team was polite and helpful in the process.

I needed a mover who was available asap! I called Movemaster's and they were able to schedule the move right away! I called them because of their A ratings on Angie's List & their excellent rating at the Better Business Bureau. The movers were punctual, friendly & fast! Their rates were more reasonable than other companies, too! It was a smooth and seamless process. I definitely recommend Movemaster's!

Randy came out himself to give us the estimate; he was very professional, courteous and friendly. We received their estimate via email within a couple of days. The movers showed up right on time, and to a person everyone was very friendly, polite, and extremely efficient. They packed and loaded our entire 4000 sq ft house (we had packed books, clothing and kitchenware ourselves before they arrived), drove an hour up to Boulder, then unloaded everything into the new place within about 7 hours (including a lunch break). All the furniture was moved into our new house or the garage (as the basement wasn't finished yet) and placed where we directed; the guys were very willing to rearrange the furniture as we asked. Nothing was damaged or lost. We have moved house a number of times over past fifteen year, and this entire experience was the easily the smoothest move we've ever had. We would certainly recommend MoveMasters to anyone looking for a professional, efficient, and friendly company.

They are amazing. The three individuals that moved us were incredibly hard working. They never took a break were polite and extremely careful with all of our belongings. They also came in a third less than what they originally bid the job at. Trustworthy movers are hard to find, and Movemasters will be the only company I will use for moving and storage needs going forward

Great experience. Two guys packed and three guys moved. They all hustled. They worked very hard and never took a break. They even went over the estimate (hours and # of boxes) but honored the estimate which was most impressive. All the guys were polite and put everything where I wanted it. They even went around with me to make sure everything was set just right. The only concern I had was that I did not get an inventory of my stuff so I worried that I was not going to get everything back after the month in storage but I did get everything and not one item broken. Great company.

Move Masters responded immediately when I was inquiring about movers. They came out and looked at my apartment and gave me an estimate I could handle. It took a little longer then estimated but I was ok with it, therefore it did cost a bit more. The 3 men who came to move me, introduced themselves, (sorry I'm terrible with names) they we polite and very efficient. I was so impressed that I would recommend them to anyone who inquires about movers.

They arrived on time, loaded/unloaded with care. Pricing is fair. I'd hire them again.

My husband and I have moved many times and we have never worked with such an excellent company as Movemasters. From the estimate (which was spot on), to the packing, and the moving everything and everyone was personable, professional, and knew what they were doing. If we could give this company A+ in every category we would. We HIGHLY recommend Movemasters;they are the best.

The move went seamlessly. The two young men were personable, asked appropriate questions and everything went without a hitch. When we finally move out of state our plan is to contact Movemasters to take the furniture in the apartment to the Douglas/Elbert Task Force. They don't pickup like other non-profits but 100% of the funds they receive from the sale goes to help residents of Douglas and Elbert counties who are in need of emergency services. What we pay for this last move will be an additional donation to their services.

The first day they moved us out of our apartment. It was quick and efficient. The next day they moved us out of our storage unit. This went quickly and they were done ahead of schedule. They even turned furniture over for me to place pads on the legs before placing the pieces where we wanted them. Excellent job!

They were professional, punctual, thoughtful, considerate - in a word "awesome"!

We absolutely loved MoveMasters. From the estimate to the move, everyone we worked with was friendly, professional and attentive. The estimate was very reasonable, and the four man crew showed up promptly on move day. The guys were fun and energetic and quickly loaded up our furniture and large accessories. (We had packed everything else in boxes and moved it ourselves the day before.) They just as quickly unloaded the truck at our new home and put everything where it belonged as we directed. They came prepared with tools to disassemble items as needed or remove then replace doors on their hinges to get larger items through. They were so fast, that there was time left over, and they happily moved boxes from the garage, where we had put them the day before, into the correct rooms. The final cost was at the low end of our estimate...and I have to say, that we actually enjoyed our move due to working with that crew.

I was very pleased with the way everything was packed, especially the kitchen items and dishes. (They used "buffer" paper inbetween layers.) Although we purchased the boxes, we were able to rent the wardrobes and both men helped hang everything in the closet. Having moved over thirteen times as a military wife, I only wish I had had this company when I was moving! They will also return (at an hourly rate) to help move a piece of exercise equipment when my daughter has cleared the appropriate space.

MoveMasters was great. I postponed my original move date and moved things I originally was going to leave behind, but this company was very accommodating to my needs. When moving day finally arrived, all 5 guys and three trucks showed up right on time. Everyone was pleasant, professional, and QUICK. They knocked the job out a couple hours before expected, but the speed did not diminish the quality of their work. I've used other companies in the past and inevitably something get's broken. Not with MoveMasters. Besides being a homeowner who needed to move, I am also a REALTOR. I can guarantee I will be referring this company to all my future clients.

The movers arrived on time, after calling to tell us they were on their way. They brought two trucks and three movers. Though there was a lot to move from each location, we were able to keep on time and have everything moved into our new place before 6pm. It was a very long day, but the movers were careful with our stuff and willing to do what was necessary. A glass table cover was broken ( it was very thin glass), but they were happy to replace the item for us.
