Movemasters

They were very responsive and came to do an estimate within a couple of days. I scheduled the move with them and it went off smoothly. I've moved a lot and have had plenty of bad experiences, so I really appreciate it when I have a good moving experience and these guys were great. They took great care with my furniture and they really hustled the entire time. The move came in within the estimate they gave us, so no surprises there. If I ever move again, I'll be calling them.

Everything went really well. Their initial bid was very competitive to other vendors. They even sent out a representative to tour our house so they could provide a detailed estimate for the move. The day of the move was seamless. They showed up at 8 am and were finished by 3 o'clock. The employees were polite and carefully handled our furniture. Nothing was broken. There was a minor scuff on the bed foot board, but it buffed out pretty easily. I noticed the scuff after the movers had left. Finally, the actual cost for the move was about $200 less than the bid. I would definitely give Movemasters a call if we plan to move again.

Excellent service. The guys arrived on time and did an excellent job of loading and unloading my furniture. They worked quickly and moved everything without any issues.

This was my first time using a moving service and I was concerned about hiring the right provider after hearing all sorts of horror stories. Well with Move Masters, I had nothing to be concerned about. They responded to my initial inquiry quickly, came out to my home to look at what I needed moved and provided a realistic estimate. No other company that I contacted provided that level of service. On the day of the moves, they called when the movers were on their way and provided an estimated arrival time. The movers were professional in their demeanor and appearance. They were speedy without being careless. All around first class moving service. I highly recommend and would definitely use again.

They called prior to arrival and was here 30 minutes prior to the original estimated window of time. They were professional, extremely helpful, courteous, and took care with our home and furniture. They made sure all of the furniture was in the location exactly as we wanted them. They checked to make sure that everything was put back the way we wanted it. We were extremely pleased.

Arrived at about 9:30 in the morning with a crew of four movers and a driver. Had the truck packed about 2h. On the drive to Erie, they stopped for a short lunch, but still met me at about 12:30 and promptly unloaded. They were very good about putting furniture together and in the place that I wanted it, and they were also good about putting the boxes where they were labeled to go. Really nice guys, but also hard workers. Would hire them in a second (although I hope to not need movers again any time soon!).

From start to finish, Movemasters made me look good because I had recommended this company to my niece from a neighbor's recommendation. She had used them several times in the past and was always pleased. From the first phone contact to the time the movers locked up their empty moving van, my niece and I were thrilled with the professionalism and good work done by everyone involved. Thank you for making a difficult job so much easier for us.

I have moved 7 times within the last 12 years and I have had a number of experiences with different moving companies within the Denver Metro area. By far, this was the best moving experience I've had. From the very beginning, the estimate was thorough and addressed all aspects of the move. This move was a bit more complicated because there were intermediate stops from the primary house to a storage unit to my son's house and then to my new permanent residence. I received a written email confirmation of the estimate; the day before the move, I received a reminder call, and the day of the move, I received another call letting me know they were on their way. The movers were punctual, polite and started right to work. Joe T., Sam, Coleby and Jack were a terrific and exceptional crew. They worked well together; they were careful with the furniture as well as ensuring there weren't any marks on the walls or doors. They were very efficient and we drove to the storage unit where they were quick to finish loading the trucks. When we arrived at my son's house, they went the extra mile to move the relocate the furniture once it was determined we needed to make some adjustments to the placement of the furniture. Once they arrived at the townhome, they were great about asking questions and confirming where I wanted things placed. It was a bit chaotic because I had new wood floors installed on the first level and the flooring crew were finishing up their work when the movers arrived. They worked around the flooring crew and waiting to move things to the first floor when the flooring crew had completed their work. They were terrific about setting the beds up and making sure that all of the furniture was just where I wanted it to be. I am so grateful for the excellent work and the fabulous attitude of the crew in making this move so easy. Thank you Movemasters!

This is an amazing company. Their moving crew was phenomenal, quick, careful with all of our stuff, friendly and did I say FAST!!! They were on-time and made a plan upon seeing our stuff, they handled everything with care and even stopped to wash their hands when moving our light colored furniture. You can tell they care about their work and their company. What an amazing experience, thank you Movemasters!! I wish their was a higher score than an and quot;Aand quot;.

If I could give Movemasters a rating higher than A+, I would. They did absolutely everything they said they would. Jason met me at the house and gave me a very reasonable estimate. I was originally going to have them come and pack me and then move on the next day. However, I changed that to no packing and just a move. There was no issue at all with doing that. On the day of the move, a crew of four movers showed up at the time promised and were very pleasant and easy to work with. They actually finished the job in less time than anticipated and there were no issues with the move at all. The move I had to make was temporary and will be moving to a final destination in four months. I will definitely use Movemasters again and will request that same crew to make the move for me. I highly recommend them to anyone that has any moving needs. They are one of the best, if not the best, moving company I've ever worked with.

Five young men appeared at the appointed time. They moved two-and-a-half truckloads of my belongings from one house to another. They carried on their backs many many boxes up the stairs and out. They packed hanging clothes in boxes I had rented from the company. They packed other items I had not had time to box up. After leaving what they had carried in the truck, they RAN back for more. They moved a stack of paving stones and bricks. At the new place, they cheerfully carried box after box in, and did not complain about anything, even about the amount of stuff to be taken to the basement. Again, they RAN back for more things to carry. They packed and unloaded in a thoughtful manner - furniture was arranged attractively, boxes were stacked neatly. They labeled things such as area rugs so we would know where to put them in the new house. Items to be unloaded into the garage were not just dropped at the door, but were placed at the back and sides of the garage. The team put the mirrors back on the dressers and hooked up the washer and dryer. They even offered to rearrange the furniture to my liking. All work was done efficiently and willingly.

Just as all the reviews say, they hit the ground running. All 5 of them were very courteous. Dan did the estimate, very friendly and responded quickly to several emailed questions before the move. They were very careful with all of our items, but unfortunately a dresser was slightly damaged, I was so happy with the service I wasn't going to say anything, but turns out I didn't need to, Dan called me the next day and told me that one of his guys reported the damage and he was arranging his repair man to come make it right. Also, he apologized for going over in the estimated time required (because we have so much stuff) and refunded me the overage. Today Christoph, the repair man, came out and spent two hours filling a small gouge and making it look prefect again. I honestly cannot tell where it was now. This is the kind of customer service I thought was long gone- great job!!!!

First time Angie's List reviewer... but when you get service this good you are just compelled to log in and take the time to write a review. First, their pricing was very reasonable compared to the other moving companies we contact. Second, they are very responsive, there is no chasing down these guys. When you call, they answer. When you email, they reply within hours, not days. Third, they showed up with 3 huge trucks right at 8:30 AM with a 6 man crew, just like they said. But last, the work ethic. Oh my goodness! These guys busted their butts every single moment from the time they showed up until the time they pulled out of our driveway. I am talking about RUNNING, from the truck to get the next box or item. I am talking about stacking two heavy boxes on their backs per trip to the truck instead of one. And all day long too... these guys are machines. And they were so professional and polite. They'd come up and raise their hand if they had a question for me... and wait for me to respond. They were so polite and respectful it almost made me feel guilty. We packed most of our stuff, but couldn't get to all of it. No problem. These guys grabbed a stack of boxes, packing material, and tape and just went to town and finished packing our basement up in like an hour (well, one guy did, while the other 5 guys continued RUNNING back and forth with our stuff). They had our entire house moved out in about 3 hours time. It was ridiculous. One last thing is the way they interacted with each other. They were all having fun with each other, making jokes as they did backbreaking work, but also treating each other with much respect the whole while. I'm a lifelong client now, that's for sure. Dan came and gave me an estimate for packing and moving my household. They were flexible in moving dates when the closing on my new home was delayed. All workers were professional and knew their jobs. Would suggest you be home to confirm that everything is packed as I did this via phone and several areas were missed. The movers who came the next day don't come with moving supplies. They were fast, efficient and careful. I had to leave several items to stage my town home which had not sold. The movers listened and helped place those items where I needed them, including carrying a couple heavy cabinets from the second floor to the garage so I could have a donation service pick them up. I am also grateful that they come back to pick up flattened boxes and packing paper to reuse or recycle. Saved me many trips to local recycling site. Estimate was close to final cost.

These two guys blew through this move. They were fast but very careful. They were also very nice guys, clean, had great attitudes and good manners. I didn't find anything broken, scratched, bent, dented or harmed in any way. Also, Movemasters' estimate was about half of what two other companies estimated, both of whom also had A ratings on Angie's List. Movemasters honored their estimate too, even though I think the move took a little longer than estimated. I was exceptionally pleased with Movemasters. I would use them again and I would recommend them to everyone.

Thanks, Jason (estimator), Charles, Joe and Steve--you're tops. This team took care of us from start to finish in a professional and caring manner. On moving day, the team was both careful and fast. They were on time and made a stressful day go a lot easier than we ever imagined. We've had numerous moves and this trio of moving professionals was the best by far. We highly recommend them and will definitely use Movemasters again.

Movemasters were great. They arrived on time, worked quickly and carefully to load our belongings, and took extra care of our fragile items. Their price was very reasonable and they finished the job in less time than expected. They were all friendly and professional. I would definitely utilize them again for another move.

Movemasters provided a free onsite quote and was able to and quot;pencil usand quot; in for a specific date for our move while we made our decision. We received a moving quota via email. Movemasters rates were reasonable and we opted for a 4 man moving crew due to the size of our home (2 story) and the size our furniture. We received a call the day prior to the move confirming the time that the crew would depart their facility with an estimated arrival time at our home. The 4 man crew arrived within 5 min (they were early) of the extimated time. All of the movers were fast and efficient they had estimated 8 hours for the job but they completed it within 4, those guys never stopped moving except to break for 30 minutes for lunch (which we were not charged for). They took care of every piece of furniture and not a single thing was broken or damaged. I will be calling you in Oct to schedule our move into our new home, you guys were amazing. Anyone who is looking for a reliable moving service, should use you guys.

These gentlemen did a fine job. I closed on my old place on a Friday, and closed on the new place the following Monday. I had a family member offer up to store my stuff in their garage / basement during my homeless weekend. Movemasters was great in communicating with me, working with my schedule, and taking care of my items during the move(s). Nothing broken, nothing scratched. I would highly recommend to anyone, and would use them in the future.

The guys were GREAT! They showed up exactly on time and worked very quickly, carefully and professionally. The move in was to a third floor walk up apartment and neither of them complained in any way. They exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend Move Masters!
