When we arrived at our new home and we were unpacking the truck we saw that our porcelain sink was cracked in half. They had packed in on the bottom of other boxes they were not even asked to pack in that room. We only requested that they help pack the large furniture. When we contacted them, they requested photos of the damage and a receipt for the replacement. We sent this information several times at some point their phone number was disconnected. We contacted U-Haul, who recommended them. Finally, when they stopped getting business from U-Haul they contacted us and agreed to make payments. They made one payment of $400 and nothing else. They did send an email and agree to make additional payments but have not. It has been one year since they broke my sink. It was a hand painted Kohler porcelain sink worth 1,200. They advertise that they are insured but I am questioning that because if they were they could have reimbursed right away.
Description of Work: I hired two people from this company to help pack our truck to move.
