Someone came over and looked at the deck and we were told we would be e-mailed a quote that evening. I didn't hear back from them for 2 weeks and so I called and was told again that a quote would be sent over to me that night. Again I heard nothing. They may be good, but unfortunately I will never know! Disappointing.

After about a month the post next to the house became loose and the header above it split. The 2 headers that the porch sits on in the front, one became warped and pulling away and splitting, the handrail on the lower half is split and splintering which makes it unusable, the composite step boards have some pilot holes drilled but no screws which is causes some bending, the longest 4x4 support post is warped and twisting, one composite deck board that was notched to fit is now cracked and getting larger. Manuel was notify within a few months as these things occurred. After several calls and emails we finally sent him a full list on 10/4/2012. He claimed to have come by the house twice when we were not home and found nothing wrong. However, when ever we try to make an appointment with him, something always comes up. At this point he no longer answers his phone or email. Everything went very well. Manuel applied for the building permit and once he got that we set a date to start. He started a day late but once he did he stayed with it till it was finished. The whole thing took about 2 weeks. They cleaned up after themselves and even gave us suggestions as to options for the lower deck.

Always showed up, cleaned up every day. Very professional, very happy with the work preformed. My wife and I are pleased with the price we paid and the quality of work. We highly recommend this company.

Submitted the lowest bid for the job. Provided 5 references, glowing reports. Everything done in accordance with contract in a professional manner. Excellant finish work on the deck. Adjusted to several problems discovered during the demolition without jacking the price up. About a three day slip in original schedule due to rainy weather. Highly recommended.
