Mountain Breeze was very good about explaining the problem and the different ways to remedy the situation. David spent 2 hours testing and examining our ancient A/C and gave us options for repair. He really explained everything I needed to know about A/C. I would definately recommend him especially since he came out on my only day off, Sunday.

Courteous, knowledgeable and did the work at a reasonable cost. I would recommend them to anyone.

T.J. came at the appointed time. He was very thorough in checking my units out. He told me the current status of the furnace and A/C unit as well as giving me warning of what parts were beginning to show wear and tear. On the deteriorating parts T.J. gave me quotes on the repair costs as well as a general timetable when these parts would probably die altogether. The visit was very helpful and informative.

Both T.J. and Jim were a pleasure to work with. The repair was completed the same day we called and the charge later applied to a new furnace. We opted for the tankless hot water heater also and absolutely love it! They were very professional and Jim came out the day after installation to inspect the work his crew did! Very prompt, friendly and efficient. Not only did the office call me RIGHT away to schedule my appointment but Jim was on time and great. Having your furnace go out is not a fun way to start your first day in your new home but Jim was professional and got the job done quickly. I would certainly recommend them!

Hard to rate this company, as they came and were friendly but the result suspect. Our AC works no better than before... The technician, however, scared the heck out of us by telling us our system was a trainwreck. Scare tactics to replace our entire unit?
