T.J. was right on time with his appointment to check out my furnace for the upcoming cold season. He was neat and clean and got right to work. Overall, it was a good experience and great price for this inspection.

Very good, I apreciate how fast they replied to my request for help. The technician "Jonathon" was very good, and really new his stuff, very professional. The bill was exactly what the quote was. i for sure will use them in the future, and recommend them to others.

so far so good, tj is very professional and seems to know his job well. he explains everything to us and what our options might be. this is good because we have an old unit that might be ready to replace. thanks tj.

1. $150 for 1/2 hour of work for two. 2. They added a $35 trip fee at end of job that was not in the quote/estimate. 3. Rushed through the job, had to request they level the unit so it would rest flat on pads, and had to request they wait while I tested that the unit still worked. Had to inform them they were leaving tools behind.

They did a great job! I would hire them again!

Tech was timely. It was late in the day, and he needed a part. So, he scheduled a second visit late in the day, so I did not have to take time off of work. In and out in minutes after he had the part.

Good service. Good price. Had electrical problem with controller that was fairly quick and cheap fix. Also had low freon levels and had technician fix incorrectly tightened fitting and refilled system. A/C working like a champ! Overall charge reasonable. Thanks!

I feel like they bent over backwards to determine the issue, even after I called them several times to verify what they thought it was. To make me comfortable, they sent out another technician to my house to make me feel comfortable about the issue. The talked me though the whole process, and made sure we were comfortable with the cost and the solution. Always feel comfortable with a company like this when they are willing to reassess the situation and make good on what they promise.
