I was thankful that they could come by the day after my AC stopped working. I was convinced the problem was a bad fan on the condensing unit or the capacitor. The tech showed up on time and spent about 15 min diagnosing. I was right - bad fan motor. He said that the capacitor was also weak. It took him less than an hour to replace both items. Total bill was $710. I looked up the parts and they were about $160 total. So the labor cost was $550 for a little over an hour. What a rip off.

They came out the same day I called and installed a new unit the next day. All the guys were courteous and professional. Would use again and recommend them!

Called on Friday. Adam arrived on time at 10 a.m. on Saturday. He assessed the air conditioner which kicked off the circuit breaker, showed me short circuit and burned oil. Worked through lunch hour. Had his crew install a new unit. They were done by 2 p.m. Couldn't ask for anything better.

I had two other companies come out and give estimates. Mountain Breeze was not only cheaper, they also had the best solution for an unusual and tricky installation. They also had a better warranty. Two weeks out and we're into the hot weather, and my condo is nice and cool.

The ad in home advisor lists a range of the price they could charge. It was cheaper than the ad listed but the tech assumed I knew was told before hand.

Very honest, reliable, quick and made sure all questions were answered and that everything was working properly before leaving. They were also very honest about everything and I could tell they cared more about doing the right thing vs. trying to make extra money.

Prompt service. Tracy showed me each step of the way what he was testing. After determining I had rust and other damage and that the mother board was broken, I decided to go for a new furnace. I was able to finance 12 months interest free and felt like I got a good and honest deal.

Replaced a capacitor on the compressor coil unit...had one with the right specs, but it was not quite sized right. Repair completed with electrical tape and zip ties...capacitor on the truck was physically too big for the bracket on the coil unit. Effective, but not very pretty. Repair was done quickly and effectively after the technician arrived. He was late, but the company graciously kept me informed that he was running late. Overall a good experience with honest people.
