This is not a service I would recommend under any circumstance. The service pro quoted $680 before even seeing the unit which alarmed my tenant to the point where he had to call me. When asking for an itemized receipt I was told that this was not something that was standard business practice which was alarming as well. When I received a handwritten receipt and compared the price I was charged for a part versus the price that other certified retailers charged, I was charged over $200 when compared to market price. I took issue with this and was told that "I am sorry you do not like our prices, we are a business and can charge what we want."

Fast, friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. My problem was fixed within two hours and I couldn't be happier.

Called me withing minutes of my Home Advisor request on a weeknight at 8pm. Heat had gone out on a cold night and he arrived by 10pm. On his was, the tech called and asked what exactly was wrong. I told him and he walked in the door with the right part to fix my problem. Had the head back on within 10 minutes and charged a reasonable price. Great service!

The customer service rep was professional and courteous and the technician was very knowledgeable and honest. He came in and we discussed my situation, he did not try to pressure or up sale me and he did what I hired him for.

Had a 10:00 appt. Got a call from the company that the tech could come earler. Billy showed up, put on plastic booties before coming into the house, and got to work. He examined the forced air unit, the a/c unit, and the hole in the ceiling downstairs where it was leaking. Very professional. Explained everything as he went along. Found that the drainage line was plugged. He was able to fix it today and made sure everything else was working as it should. Would DEFINITELY recommend this company.

Jonathan was kind enough to explain why one of our furnaces is (was) a danger to run and he provided us with options for maintenance for our 2nd furnace. We opted to have both furnaces in our home replaced due to age and the poor condition of the first one. Mountain Breeze not only removed the two old ones, but installed two new ones on the same day and did so in time for us to leave for our dinner party. They sent over an extra team of installers to make sure the job was done on time. This service team is great and I will be using them for all of our future HVAC needs.
