Very good service. Very efficient. We had a broken air conditioner; we first contacted them at 9AM and it was fixed by 3PM on the same day.

I was given a 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. window and he showed up at 5 p.m. At 3:15 p.m., the company called and said he woudl be there in 20 minutes to 30 minutes. Other than that, he did just what he said he was going to do. And my air conditioning units are hard to reach, but he handled it. There was no attempt to upcharge me and they were by far the least expensive of the three I spoke with.

Jason was on time, explained what he was going to do and did a thorough job. I will definitely engage in future projects.

Fast and professional service

Everybody was great! Talked initially to Michelle and she was great. Billy came over yesterday and worked with my wife as I was at work. Very customer service oriented and knowledgeable about many things related to this project. Tracy and Kevin did the install today and were great to work with. Very pleasureable experience for the wife and I. I would definitely recommend Mountain Air to anyone needing HVAC work.

Very friendly, arrived on very short notice, communicated all of what they were doing and offered ways to save me money. Put on booties to keep the house clean and cleaned up after himself. I was impressed and did not feel uneasy at all as a women or that he was selling me a line. Would definitely hire them again!
