Morning Star Elevator

Morning Star Elevator got the job done when they said they would get the job done and my mother was able to be wiht us for the holidays.

We hired Morning Star Elevator to install a stairlift for our mother who was moving in with us. I can't tell you how pleasant of an experience it was to work with this company. They had prompt service and installation, they answered all of our questions, and they installed a high quality product. My mother loves her stairlift!

I retained Morning Star Elevator as a subcontractor to provide a dumbwaiter in my home. THEY ARE A TERRIBLE COMPANY. I cannot say enough to warn you away from them. After we had a signed estimate, they refused to accept payment from me. I started by sending a check to the address listed on their invoice. The told me later that this address was for their sales office and that the check got forwarded to their Colorado Springs office. Nearly 10 days later, nothing had happened. They couldn't find my payment and they had no idea where the check was. To make matters worse, they refused to do any work on the project even though (1) I had already paid them; and (2) they provided me with the wrong address. Even later, when I offered to make a second check available in person, they failed to pick up payment on on TWO separate occasions as promised. To date, they still have not done any work on the project. I cannot say strongly enough that you should AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They are unprofessional and rude.
