They are excellent. I have no complaints. We are very happy with the end result. The owner who came t give the quote was very professional. I would use them in the future.

I like them a lot. The girl work hard to get the work done. I would recommend them.

I selected Molly Maid maybe a year ago. I complained once, and they sent a crew back out. They told me a supervisor would be with them. The supervisor didn't show, but I was charged extra because they came back to do what they didn t do the first time. The last time they were here, I had the following problems: Base of toilet at floor not cleaned. Water stains under the rim of toilet bowl not removed. Blinds jammed into the frame and thus bent and not hanging straight. End tables pulled out of place and left that way. Window seat not vacuumed. Doors not dusted. Cobwebs not removed. Molly Maids used my vacuum and when emptying the dust chamber, threw away the filter. Vacuum won't work without it; replacement filter cost $29. They have broken three of my carvings, one twice. Twice they hid the pieces and said nothing. The third time, she told me she'd broken the carving but made no offer to get it fixed. They chipped the turntable on the microwave but didn't tell me. They left my house unlocked when they left. I told Molly Maids why I was discontinuing the service but was never contacted by a supervisor.
