Fast turnaround on my request, and service within 24 hours. Customer Service was upfront about service fees when scheduling, and they were upfront about pricing before work started. Our tech, Ben, was very polite and professional and clear in his explanation of the work. Would use them again.

Our experience with Mr. Sparky was exceptional. We had them install a new ceiling fan, check the electrical circuit, and install a surge protector. We are very pleased with the service Colton provided.

I had Smoke Detectors installed by Mr. Sparky. About 15 months later, one of them started chirping. Mr. Sparky, came out, replaced the unit, all a no charge. They were pleasant, courteous and efficient and took appropriate Coronavirus precautions.

They came out Easter Sunday during the pandemic. Fixed my issue fast and for a fair fee
