Did a great job

It went great.

The man doing the work (Tony) was profesional and was ready to listen and fix any comments/defects I found. He was ponctual and ready to please the client. However, it was only after everything was said and done that I was able to see that all the defects that were present before will indeed be there after the resurfacing but only in a diferrent color. I assumed the counters would be smooth because the samples I was shown were very smooth but in actuality they were rough. I mentionned this after the first counter was finished and the second one came out only slighly better. Overall, I should have gone to HomeDepot, bought some counters and had someone install them for me for the same price but a much nicer finished look.

Working with Miracle Method was easy from the get go. Debbie, the main point of contact, was friendly and informative, explaining the process Miracle Method would use to finish my tub and gave me the concrete price of $415. (For reference, another company wanted $1600 and rather than refinish, wanted to put in a new tub). Jose did the actual work on the tub. He was great. He is friendly and did a beautiful job on the tub- even fixing extra cracks at no charge. I've received numerous compliments on the tub and was able to sell my condo in three weeks!

Day One: Two workmen arrived on time. Bathtub was cleaned and painted. Counters were also refinished. The windows were left open during the day due to fumes. Day Two: Same workmen returned and applied clear coating. Some fumes lasted 36 hours. They were not strong enough to make us leave the house. Finish is really well done and on schedule.

The results are fantastic, due completely to the technician's meticulous prep work (taking 3 days.)

Someone showed up 70 minutes late, told us that the person that we had scheduled was busy and would not be able to make it. He was not qualified to perform a color match, but wanted to see if the one shade of white he did have matched. It of course did not, he informed us that color matching was an addition 100 more then what was estimated (despite our making it clear when scheduling the appointment that color matching was required.) He then set up an appointment with the skilled technician the next day at 8:00 am. After he left we double checked the appointment time with the office, and was told that he would not be able to get there until 10:30. We canceled the appointment

The tub looks very nice, very shinny and white. The only significant criticism I have is the odor. My bath has no window and the bathroom ceiling fan may not work as well as it might. The very strong odor, like paint or glue, permeated the house into the next day dispite my setting up 3 window fans throughout the house. Their cleaning instructions say no abrasive cleansers or bleach which might be a problem in the future but I wouldn't know now. If I would not use this company again it would mainly be because I don't expect to need to.

It took one day plus 45 minutes the following morning. He was very professional, punctual, thorough. He did a great job and took great care to make sure everything else was protected. I highly recommend him and the bathroom looks so different, we are thrilled with the results!

They prepped the tub one day and applied the new finish. The next day, they returned to caulk the tub and it was ready that evening for use.

He was professional and on time. He was courteous and I was ok with him in the home.

They did what they said they would at the price they quoted. There was a small problem with the finish on the tub, but they fixed it immediately without any problems. The work looks good. I feel like I got a good deal.

They did exactly what they said they would do, exactly when they said they would do it, and for the price quoted. They cleaned up afterward too.

Owner of Miracle Methods, Richard, came out to review the job and tried to fix some questionable tiles before stating the job. He determined that a larger area needed repairing and called a sub who he said was excellent. The sub responded the next day and did an excellent job on repairing of the tiles. Richard than scheduled to return on the weekend to complete the job so our shower would not be out of service any longer than necessary. Richard showed up on the weekend at the time promised and the job was completed as promised. The job was done very professionally and the shower looks like new.

Hired the Miracle Method to come in and resurface my tub in bright white. I had seven chips repaired in the tub and the shower doors reinstalled after the process was complete. Richard really cares about his work and customers. He wants the customer to be very happy with his work that he gives a 5 year guarantee.
