I scheduled and then found out they no longer are willing to come to my address. They took my reservation, did not show up, sent email, zero response, called them the day before and found out my confirmed appointment was cancelled, and they never called. There service is awful. Choose elsewhere.

Worst company ever! They canceled my appointment last minute after I spent $$$$ Overwatering for an aeration appointment. Never use this company for any of your lawn needs!

Terrible customer service. Had scheduled a irrigation blow out. Had to cancel apportionment, sent cancelation. They showed up still, did NO work as the system was already done. Billed full price, agreed to cancel charge, billed again and trying to settle for 20 bucks. Would not recommend MileHi for any services. They lack integrity and I would question their website reviews and numbers.

Had appointment set for aeration and overseeding. Planted flags to mark sprinkler heads (Big, wet, and cold job). Watered lawn for best plug results. They called at 6:00 PM, after all my preparations, and canceled my next day appointment because, they claimed, the snowstorm 2 days before. They acted like it was no big deal and without speaking with me set another appointment for a week later. Fat Chance! If the snowstorm was the real issue, they knew, or should have known the next day that my appt would need to be canceled. It does not add up. Just like when the airlines cancel a flight, you don't cancel every flight after it to get caught up. You keep the flights you have scheduled, the ones that you can make, and play catch-up with the one's missed because of the snow on the ground. Just say no to Mile Hi. Their story does not add up. I say they lied about it, for whatever reason I'll never know.

I honestly cannot believe that these guys are still in business. They came and said they aerated our yard but you couldn't tell. I called them and the representative said that the yard needed to be watered and that's why the plugs weren't deep. I said it's not about how deep the plugs are it's about the fact that I don't see any. She continued to argue with me so I asked for her manager who came on the phone and yelled at me. It's one thing to have poor customer service it's another thing to be completely rude. They finally just agreed to come back out and redo the job. The guy who came out asked if I was getting my lawn aerated and I said no I'm getting it re aerated and he said it didn't look like anything had been done before what company did I use? He was embarrassed when I said I used his company but it also proved my point that you couldn't tell anything had been done. Regardless you don't yell and argue with customers. I just asked that they come out and look at it so I could show them what I meant because they were obviously not understanding the way I was saying it. I am completely dumbfounded as to how they're still in business.

Horrible!!! full of excuses and cannot complete the job now I need to find someone else!! They claimed they couldn't get the machine down the side stairs, last year I had it done with no problem but couldn't find the number for the company that did it. Then on the other house, they were scheduled to do they canceled at the last minute!! messing up my schedule!! so if you want a company that is Unreliable, and Unable to complete the job they are your guys

For some reason they aerated only 1/4 of my yard before leaving ( I lived on 1/2 an acre at the time). They spent a grand total of 30 seconds only yard before leaving. When they called me again to do more services I told them not in a million years....They now email, text, and call me constantly despite my requests to be removed from their communication list.

I was referred to these guys from a family member who has used their services in the past. I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday this week. They no showed and I received a call after the fact to reschedule. I figured I would give them a second chance. We scheduled for Friday this week. I asked the representative on the phone if we can get this done in the morning so that we don’t get no showed again. She said she’d note it in the ticket. I came home today at 5pm and they hadn’t been to the house to perform the service. I take it as another no show as we obviously weren’t important enough to want to satisfy that request after a no show earlier in the week. It feels like bad business as they can’t ever give an estimated time of arrival. They mention that it is Impossible to give an ETA. That is a problem, as I would like to be there to ensure the service is getting done to my satisfaction before paying. Unfortunately, I referred another family member of mine to have this service done this week as well and the exact same thing happened to him. Needless to say we won’t be referring anyone else or use their services ourselves in the future.

Believe the reviews! Stay away! I arranged an aeration over the phone. My yard is large and a plan was made to accommodate the service. The time/date was confirmed, we watered our lawn and marked all sprinkler as requested. The day of the scheduled aeration, no one showed up. I called twice during that day find out when the tech would be there and was assured he would make it by day's end. He didn't. No phone call, nothing. I called this AM to talk to them and was rescheduled for tomorrow--the employee apologized and offered $20 discount. About 30 minutes later, an extremely rude employee named Devon called ("I AM NOT RUDE!!" she yelled at me) to tell me they cannot aerate my lawn at all--it's too big. She was very antagonistic and had a total lack of courtesy. Do yourself a favor--find a reputable company that will treat you respectfully. This is not the one.

Poor performance in lawn aeration. False advertising of "deeper plugs" than other services, which was not true. Continuace harrassing solicitations by phone calls, texts, and email years after I hired them to do any work, and long ago I've asked to be removed from all of their solicitation lists.

They did not show up on the day scheduled, despite sending email the day before confirming appointment and did not notify me that they were not coming. They do not give appointment times only a calendar day and you have to stay home all day waiting for them. Unprofessional, disrespectful, poorly run business. Do not use!!!!

Customer Service - NOT!!! contracted for service but no one showed up. Called to get an update and was very rudely responded to - told I could wait for another day or cancel - obviously I cancelled - will never use Mile Hi Again!

Their scheduling is a mess. I'm leaving this review, however due to the following: I used these guys a few years ago and was not impressed so stopped using them. I still get recorded messages which are annoying but whatever. But then yesterday some a-hole from there left me a creepy cryptic message. It was almost unintelligible but it was something about being "full of ****" and then saying "I don't like that". Um, what? Whatever his problem is, he is a pansy for leaving some anonymous mumbling message on a machine. And guess what....nobody cares what you "like". Too bad he doesn't care that he is making his business or his employer look bad since he thought it was a good idea to call from work.

Service person arrived on the agreed upon day, was very efficient, but quality of work was substandard. He ran over clearly marked sprinkler heads with the aerator, breaking the risers on two of them (see attached pix-$$ repair). Also, they advertise "deep plug aeration", but the size of the plugs was no different than anyone else.

The service was fine. However, there was communications snafu in the sense that I wanted a chemical irritation but I actually wanted progreation so it was a really good thing that I was here when the service provider came. They did not have a set time, they just had a set day.

First their email confirmation of my appointment wasn't on the day we agreed to. Then they didn't show on their scheduled day and didn't call. I wasted water both times watering the lawn extensively, apparently necessary for good aeration according to them. Their call center is understaffed and even though their message on hold states that someone will be with you "in less than a minute" I was on hold for 5. Their price seems good but it's useless if they don't show.

This is the second time i have used them, last year and this year. This last time was the worst experience i have had. They failed to show up for the initial scheduled time. When i called to reschedule, they showed up 2 days prior. Then they showed up the day after that and finally they showed up on the rescheduled date. If is had not been home to stop them from over fertilizing, i shudder to think what my lawn would look like with over fertilizing and burning. They also broke my sprinkler head after i had mark all of them.

Their website shows a tanker truck with hose spraying. The actual device was a backpack filled with water from my garden hose. The tanker truck was not there. After about 5 minutes on site, I examined the lawn. Grass seed was not apparent. I called and they claimed the seed was mixed in with the liquid, forced into the grass. I asked why not seed was apparent on bald spots and the women said that she was just reading what they were told. I can not see any seed - anywhere. The backpack spraying did not touch some areas of the lawn.

Terrible, again. We have used this company in the past and, in the past, got adequate results for the price. We aerate 2 - 3 times per year. In the past they left our gate open and the dogs got out, so we now pay to have the dogs watched on the day aeration is scheduled. For the past 3 scheduled appointments (fall 2014, spring 2014, fall 2013) the company has been unable to show up on the days that they schedule. That leaves us paying for dog care 2 - 3 times per every appointment. This time, we were told you will be on the schedule and quot;first thing in the morningand quot;. So, I stayed home all day. They have yet to arrive. The pattern is now consistent and we will be finding a new company.

This review is for their "one price for all homes" exterior window cleaning. For the positive, it is very easy to schedule and we were even able to reschedule to an earlier date than the website showed. And the "advertised" price is very good, much better than any other vendor I've seen. That's about it for the positive. Here is the rest... we have a 2-story (higher in some places due to basement) house with many windows, so it takes a long time to clean. The technician showed up later afternoon around 3-4pm - no way he would finish with enough light around! The first statement was we have to go around and remove all of our screens, and replace when he was done. This was nowhere on the website, I even went and looked later. False advertising by omission there. He arrived in a small sedan, with a bucket and squeegee. What a joke! He even got the bucket out, but there was no way he was going to get to at least half of the windows. We called Mile-Hi and they said technicians will arrive with tools and a ladder. That statement didn't really help reality... So after a phone call to Mile-Hi the technician just left. It was so bad it's funny. No follow-up from Mile-Hi on this disaster of an experience. I think they just contract with whoever wants to wash windows that day, and have really no idea who will show up and what quality of person/equipment there will be. A small sedan, bucket, and no ladder - really? So needless to say I wouldn't even attempt using Mile-Hi for window cleaning services unless you have no screens, a very short house, and don't care too much about quality of the technician.

BIG "F" REPORT CARD ! MY OPINION IS THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDGILANT ----- First I must compliment the man that came out, he was very courteous and nice, nothing against him, personally. But I am kicking myself for not shopping around or at least checking Angies List ! So first of all, I received a call about the $79. duct cleaning special, so I scheduled both my Mothers house and mine. The guy arrives in his own personal old truck, NOT even a Company truck ! he comes in and counts the vents and starts off with a price of $159 plus $20 for each vent over 10. I told him that is NOT the price I was quoted. So he continues to ask me if I have a confirmation number for that price or email confirmation. NO it was offered by phone. So he tells me he will give me the price I was quoted. Then he proceeds to add on $150 for furnace, $50 for cold air return and on and on ......I didn't accept all of the things he was pushing. He completed both houses, added it up (without a calculator) and I wrote the check. Later I'm looking at the ticket closer and found I was over charged $60 on each house ! $120. So I call the company and of course get the story "the manager is not available" and left my info. I waited 5 DAYS and called again. "I will send the manager another email". I waited another day and called again. " the manager is in a meeting". After waiting six days for a return call, I am getting very frustrated and considering putting up my own sign regarding the company, out in my yard which is visible to many people. Then realized I have a very good outlet in Angies LIst ! I went to their website to try and contact them and I read on their website about "brushing out ducts and sucking out debris with truck mounted monster vac" WOW that is soooo far from the truth ! there was no company truck and the guy brought in a shop vac ! NOW I MUST ADMIT THAT I SET MYSELF UP TO BE ROBBED !! I am considered the "general contractor" of the family and there are SIX houses that I help care for and hire services for. Mile Hi, I will never use your services again and will be certain to pass the word about your company ! SIX DAYS WITHOUT A RETURN CALL IS SIMPLY UNACCEPTABLE !!

Contacted them to have sprinklers blown out. Online website only was accepting scheduling for next two days so phoned and made appointment. Night before appointment it (unexpectedly) snowed, they called and told us it wouldn't be possible for them to work. Subsequently a second date was scheduled, they call the night before and said they couldn't make it (too cold), rescheduled again (they canceled), and one more time, on final date they were to arrive still hadn't seen anyone by 2PM (they will not confirm arrival/work times, only dates). Prices were 2X other services (here on Angies List) - won't call them again.

Scheduling was an issue. They would not commit to a window and expected you to be home all day or leave the gate unlocked so they could get in if you were not at home. They did a good job on the aeration. However, the over seeding of the lawn was not acceptable. They did not apply the seed in the manner that they told me it was to be done. Minimal seed was put down. I called the company and asked them to come out and redo it. When I spoke to the person the form said only the front. The person did both. The method used on the back was the correct method and the method used in the front was not. Scheduling the second appointment continued to be an issue again. I would not use this company again.

The scheduling service has no IDEA what the actual complany can do. The Gutter cleaning guys were a no show 3 times, no call, no excuse, just didn't show up. The lawn aeration guy also was a no show (supposedly his truck broke down)... BS! NO CALLS to let the customer know they would not be there. The customer service reps have no idea when the guys are actually going to keep an appointment and the GM of Mile Hi said "there has been labor issues in the area, unfortunately this falls on the customer". Terrible GM, took no responsibility for the no shows..." we just sit in seats and look at what's on our computers." DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, its not low cost, the work is average at best and the customer service is terrible.

I originally scheduled the service for May 1st, but I had to call in myself to make sure they weren't sending someone out that day since we had a late spring snowstorm. I would think that they would be the ones to call me to reschedule seeing that the storm was forecasted a couple days in advanced, but I had to be the one to call in. We reschedule service for the following Wednesday, May 8th. Come May 8th- my husband was home at the time and a gentleman from MileHi did show up and barely spoke English, so there were difficulties in communication from the get-go. He was only there for about 10 minutes, put the sign on our lawn, and then left. When I came home, there was no indication of any overseeding done, much less anything else. My husband contacted MileHi and was informed by the representative that the overseeding is just for bare spots- which we have plenty of- and told them that there wasn't a seed present whatsoever. Horrible customer service and are out to rip people off. Their sign went into the garbage right away...I would never recommend them to anyone. Your money is better spent elsewhere.
