Ryan and Miguel quoted our backyard in Nov 2018, promising to have it completed by Spring of 2019. We liked their design and selected them. We paid them $10K upfront, and another payment of $5K, after they had the gas line in and the framing done for the concrete, a total of $15,000. They would never show up when promised, leave all their work tools and trash behind and did not do work of any quality. Ryan always had an excuse why the work was not getting done. Literally, excuse after excuse, to the point he just stop responding to calls and texts. We tried working with them to get some of our money's worth through June of 2019, but they just disappeared, not seen or heard from them again. If you are talking to Ryan Richmond about anything, walk away. Horrible quality, horrible experience, dishonest people.

I hired Mile High Decking and Hardscapes with Ryan Richmond and John Canada to finish my basement.. I was promised a 2 week start and at 7 weeks they stood me up. They didn’t get someone out to begin work until the day after I wanted to fire them and get my deposit back. They claimed they did good work but I found their quality of work to be very poor. What work they did complete will likely have to be torn out and redone. For example, walls aren’t straight and plumbing was installed with incorrect parts! They have even messed up the slope on my existing pipes that they shouldn’t have touched. They said they would help resolve our dispute through the better business bureau, but never followed through. The permit says Colorado Quality Construction, so I am not even sure who I am dealing with And worst of all, they have refused to return any money from a large deposit when they were terminated.
