MightyBee Electric is a family owned, GREEN local company with 34 years in the field. We do not charge a trip fee for Angie's List members within the direct Denver metro area ( except Boulder, Longmont, Castle Pines, Castlerock and Parker which will be charged a $39 trip fee) and give free estimates up front of the work always. We never assume authorization and customers can pay by cash, check or credit card at the time of repair. Formerly owned MD ELECTRIC. Description of Work: Tried to schedule an electrical inspection on a great deal, however electrician informed me that he only works 8-4 Mon-Fri . I work 8-5 mon-fri, so without compromise the scheduling didn't work out.

Actually, I told this customer that we work from 8 to *5, and that our last window of time is 3 to 5. He wanted me to show up after 5, or come on the weekend. I also *did tell him we could work something out but I would have to charge a $39 trip fee unless it was a weekend, then it would be $59. Everybody wants to get paid overtime for their extras hours! He absolutely was not willing to take any other time, where as almost all of my customers realize that if they want work done on their home they need to work with us a little bit during our regular work week. All of us have families and a life we are trying to live. I have attempted to make sure that my guys know I have their back so that when we work, we work hard. When it is time to shut down and let them rest, or spend time with their families we shut down. I am trying to build a company culture where they know these things. I do the same thing on certain major holidays, which is that we shut down. Totally. When we take work on the weekends, which we will certainly do, it costs more to pay these guys, so it costs more to the customer. This inspection was really a GREAT deal at roughly 1/5th of the normal cost, and he knew it, but told me that he could make more money at work than what it would cost to give him his inspection...even though he does not work on weekends. So the great price, to "check the safety of his home was no longer worth it". ??
