It went well. Robert arrived within the 2 hour window on a day convienent for me. The arranged time was within a week of the initial call. He showed patience with obstructed or difficult to reach outlets. He also waited when I did not hear the doorbell and gave me a phone call to get my attention. He inspected the electrical panel (checked wires, screws, conductors, and heat temperature readings, checked for proper circuit labeling, inspected "visible" receptacles in home for cracks and grounding, (Of course he did not check unused outlets behind heavy furniture.) performed a basic check for proper surge protection, inspected all smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and gave advice for proper location of CO2 detector in upstairs, inspected all GFCI's, and the electrical systems in the garage

Fine. I did have to point out that it was a bit crooked and wobbly, but the installers fixed it on the spot.

It was a simple job, nothing out of the ordinary. They handled it pretty quickly. My first impression was good.

We got a good discount because we found them through Angie's List. They did a good job and we were pleased.

We are so pleased with the installation of the panel and the with the fact that Ron pointed out the other issues we had and corrected those things too. Both Ron and Billy were professional and personable. We are happy with all of the work that they did, the explanation of what we needed and why, the clean up and how conscientious they were with our dogs. We will call MighyBee for all of our electrical needs in the future and will definatly recommend them to our friends.

Very well. Estimate was true to work done and they completed the job on the same day as the estimate. They were courteous and cleaned up afterwards. Nice company to work with!

On-time and semi-reasaonable price, but messy & unprofessional. Had just cleaned entire house and they failed to warn about drywall dust or we would have removed and covered things. Entire home was covered in drywall dust and it filled the air like smoke. Cleanup was minimal on their part. Lights flicker when dimmer is on low.

These people were terrific! Tracy in the office was super helpful in answering my initial questions and getting me on the schedule. The technicians - Don and Billy - were not only on time but just a few minutes early, friendly, great about answering my questions and explaining what they would be doing. They were in and out in under 2 hours and I have a ceiling fan in my bedroom that I love! I would definitely hire Mighty Bee again.

The service turned out very good. The workers were professional and cleaned up very well. Professionally pretty good. They were here about 4 hours.

Damaged the interior wall trying to get power to the outside. No offer to fix the damage.

Came in time slot given, very professional. Put up one indoor and one outdoor ceiling fan where there were none. Look great afterwards. Noted the 10 can lights on my deck were not rated for damp spaces and offered to replace them with damp rated LED lights. Fair price for all the work done. Feel better about being in code. Finished up in good time. Cleaned up. Brought my outside outlets up to code with covers. And fixed one of my broken electrical sockets while they were here. Definitely would use again.

Excellent service, professional and very thorough. He did a complete review of each room in the house, checked outside outlets, breaker box, the garage, and answered all my questions. He was done within an hour. I would definitely work with them again!

Mighty Bee came out and determined that the alarm had malfunctioned. They called the smoke alarm manufacturer, confirmed the smoke alarm was not working correctly, and came back on another day to install the new alarm that the manufacturer mailed to me. They were friendly and professional. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Martin Black, the owner, personally resolved the problem, installing a new motor, a new fly-wheel (7 times), as well as new blades and new mounts. Initially, I contacted Mr. Black in July 2016, and he diligently worked on my fan until January 2017. He experienced several set-backs with the Casablanca Co, sending dysfunctional fly-wheels. Mr. Black persisted and now the fan is completely over-hauled and works wonderfully. I appreciate his diligence and his expertise and I would highly recommend his services to others.

Great, I called at about 8:30 in the morning and by 7:00 PM we had power, The guys stayed late to make sure we had service. They came back the next day to finish several items. They were polite and professional. And when they left, there was absolutely no mess or debris left behind. We were very happy with the repairs.

Just as described. The only deviation was the old panel box and outside connection were not side by side and therefore somewhat costly added service had to be added to comply with current code.. This was all explained to me and, in the end we agreed to proceed with the job. The electricians were skilled and professional and at the end of the service passed county permit inspection with compliments on the work by the inspector
