They came out and did a wonderful job with the inspection. They gave us an estimate for some additional work we wanted done. I told them I would call back, I called them three times and the call was never returned.

They were professional and courteous. I will be using them to install the new panel.

This was an expired Big Deal because the Owner was not responsive to my telephone calls on several occasions. When I pursued scheduling the appointment after expiration of the Big Deal for a whole house electrical check, the receptionist was very responsive and all went well with scheduling and with the electrician's arrival. My complaint is that an electrical socket "blew" in my kitchen (I was told) during the electrical check, and I was asked if I wanted the double socket replaced in my kitchen. Of course I said yes, my grandpa used to change these out easily and quickly, and the socket itself is $2.00 or less. It was done in one minute's time by the electrician's apprentice, and the charge to me was &142.00!!! Really? I was also quoted about $240. each to replace my smoke detector alarms in my home as they are over 10 years old. Because of the outrageous pricing on the outlet, I do not feel trustful of this company's pricing in general and will probably not call them again. Despite all of my comments, the electrician was professional in demeanor as was his apprentice.

I've been a homeowner for many years and utliized a variety of home repair services. Mightybee ranks high on my provider list now. The electrician was very knowledgeable, professional, honest and efficient. His ability to clearly and logically assess the situation and advise appropriate solutions generated confidence and credibility. As a consumer, I would definitely recommend Mightybee. It was a top quality experience.

They were great. They did the service on a property that was foreclosed so we did not really know what we were walking into and they gave me assurance of small details that were issues but nothing was really that bad and that was really nice to hear. I just used them that one time.

It went very well. Electrical issues are all fixed and we have light in our master bedroom now.

They did everything they said in a timely and professional manner. A little late with getting permit approval scheduled. They even recommended a minor upgrade (whole house surge protector) well worth the $250.00 price for protection of all sensitive electronics in house.

I called to schedule an appointment. They came out two days later. They installed two can lights and bought all the materials. They vacuumed the carpet also. Very clean and tidy. Great job. They also put on boot covers so they wouldn't get my carpet dirty. On a side note, there are other companies out there that perform electrical work for a cheaper price. BE EXTREMELY WARY! I used another, "cheaper" electrical contractor before. They created a huge mess on my brand new carpet with drywall all over the place. The lights did work but they were just messy. Pay the price to use a contractor that will leave your house clean.

It was very good. I'm very happy with them. They did everything as promised. I think the owner who came out did an outstanding job.

For the Deal I got on Angie's list he basically checked every outlet with a tester and checked the fire alarm. I could have done this myself. I bought the coupon to assuming that some services would be included (fixing a light switch) but no services included. It's a waste of money - I would rather get a coupon for actually doing some repair or servicing a electric appliance and not this inspection.

It was a little rough getting a hold of them, but I understand sometimes family has to take priority over work. I was just happy he informed me of his situation so I could make other plans instead of thinking I was being ignored.

I provided them my contact information. I then sent two emails and have not heard from them about when they can do the electrical panel upgrad.

Nothing happened. I never got the quote to do the business. And what he does not know, I liked him the best and he had the job. All he had to do is get back to me.

They are great, flexible on the schedule (for the next day) and on-time, perform the throughout inspection - would use them again!

Don't waste your time calling them -- They never returned my call. Totally unprofessional.

It took several phone calls to get the inspection set-up. I had to follow-up, they did not follow-up on their own. They also forgot that they had changed the appointment date and called to say they were on their way. I explained they'd changed the date and this was not the day I was expecting them. The home electrical inspection turned out to be two guys who went around the house with an outlet tester. (The same kind I already had, which I purchased at the hardware store.) They plugged it in to the outlets around the house. They noted that one outlet cover was cracked and should probably be replaced. They also noted that we should have GFI on all the outlets in the kitchen, but since that was a new rule since our house was built, not to worry. That was it. I could have done that myself. I was disappointed in the "inspection." Had I known that was the extent of the inspection I'd not have ordered it. I also had questions regarding a light we've had problems with. They looked at it, but couldn't give an answer right then. They said they'd get back to me. I've never heard from them again. They both were very polite nice guys. I just don't think I'd use their service. The difficulty setting the appointment and lack of follow thru do not instill confidence that a job would be done on time/budget. But, in all fairness, they did not do work for me, just an inspection. So that is just my opinion.

I bought a coupon for this and I knew I'd be asking for more than what the coupon stipulated. They came right out when I called and we agreed on a total cost because of a few additions I wanted. I went to work and returned to find a completed service that was installed very well. I was an apprentice electrician years ago and I'm picky about work on my house and this looked great. There was one problem that couldn't be solved without spending more money though. The outside service went under the corner of an eve and there was a whole lot of wood in that location so the re-routed wiring had to go through a pair of conduits (appropriate, flexible, exterior) and there is very little room for additional cabling. If I need to add anything substantial in the future I'll have to pull another conduit which was unexpected. All in all a great job but I wish they'd used larger exterior conduit to allow me room for future circuits.

They were wonderful people. They did what they promised and they were upfront.

They did excellent work and were very flexible with scheduling appointments. Due to issues outside of their control, the electricians had to make several trips to my house, each time being friendly and professional.

The men who came to the house were great. They were timely and very professional. They explained what they found and explained what needed to be done to resolve the issues. They were very friendly and prompt with an estimate to my email the next day based on my needs and financial concerns. Unfortunately, they were 3x the price of the company I ended up hiring to do the job so I am a little concerned about that but otherwise you can tell they are knowledgeable and professional.

Arrived during agreed time frame, advised me of possible charges in advance. They were very professional and kept me informed as they worked on problem. I would highly recommend them.
