BAD overall exp.,could have a customer(s) with a lot of investment properties,but decided to charge me about 500$,than what was promised by customer service rep and techician

I am very pleased with my experience with Mighty Bee Electric. They are a small, family-owned and -operated company. They were on time, polite, and efficient. I will definitely use them again for an electrical project at my house.

They fixed the outlet that wasn?t working, fixed a recessed light fixture, and went into the attic to test two lights up there.

They were prompt, professional and took the time to do the job right. I outfitted my entire house with new light fixtures and ceiling fans inside and out and they did they did it all with time to spare. Their prices are very fair and reasonable, I will definitely be using them in the future!

Mighty Bee Electric did a great job upgrading my old electrical panel to 200amp service. They were punctual, friendly, professional, competitively and everything was done to code. I'm very happy with the service and I would definitely hire them again!

Mightybee electrical is the best to call.Marty is awesome.we were pleased with the first phone call.we called they answered, they set up a appointment to come and look at the job. they were punctual, reasonable and scheduled shortly thereafter when we were happy with the estimate. they came and did the job of upgrading the service panel.they did a wonderful job!! they needed to come back and finish the grounding of the service but this was happening thru all the rain ,and there was water in the crawl space area where they needed to go. they rescheduled a couple of times because of water in the space. when water finally subsided, they sent a tech to finish.they discovered lots of spiders had moved into the crawl space due to all the rain and open access. Marty called and said he would drop by and bring some bug bombs. He was very concerned for homeowners safety as well as his employees! VERY professional. thank you for everything. would use them over and over and they will be the first we recommend!

We were having sporadic power outages in various rooms in my 1906 home, We couldn't determine the cause. Sometimes a breaker would be tripped, and other times the power would go out with no breaker tripped. Since I'd had an electrical fire 2 years ago, we were in a panic. Don came out and was not able to diagnose the problem on the first visit as the power had resumed spontaneously. The 2nd time, power was out and he rather quickly diagnosed the problem and proceeded to make the necessary repairs. This was difficult as the problem originated on the outside of the house and extended to the roof of our 3 story home. He was efficient and very knowledgeable about wiring in a home of this vintage. We have 3 breaker boxes (2 inside and 1 outside) with some very old wiring and an assortment of new wiring that was done over the course of the 40 years that I've lived here. It was a big challenge to diagnose and fix the problem and I was so relieved to have it taken care of. We have had no power outages since, so I am very pleased with the services that Don provided here.

My request for an estimate was quickly met and provided. The installation went VERY smoothly. Care was taken in doing the job with minimal mess. The work was completed ahead of schedule and we're very satisfied with the results... and the piece of mind in knowing that these challenging installs were completed professionally. I will definitely reach out to MightyBee with any future electrical work.

The tech reported that the problem was a bad motor and that they did not repair motors. When I went to remove the motor for repair, I saw mingled in with all of the wire nuts a fuse container. I thought to myself that there was no way it could simply be a blown fuse. Well, $2.50 later the counter was moving up and down again. My conclusion is that there was a bunch of guessing and speculating going on by the so call "professional" and not a lot of investigating with a volt meter, or simple digging. As best as i can tell I paid to have somebody drive out to my house, scratch his head, charge me $100, and leave.

The service went okay. The technician was knowledgeable and professional. He did a very good job. The lady at the office not very organized. She did not schedule appropriately the first few times and the technician missed appointments. There were no repairs needed from the inspection.

The service went well. They only did the inspection and no repairs were made. One technician came out for the job and completed it an hour. He was honest and proposed some solutions to problems. The service went smoothly and it was easy to schedule the deal.

MightyBee Electric was a pleasure to work with. We had to have a subpanel added before we could get AC installed. Martin worked with us throughout the entire job and even coordinated with our AC installer to get the AC installed the same day the electrical work was completed. The prices were very reasonable considering electrical work is pricey. Martin and his crew were professional and communicative throughout the process. I strongly recommend Martin and MightyBee Electric.

We contacted Mighty Bee because of the numerous excellent reviews on Angie's List (additionally they have a really great name!) Scheduling for a free estimate was a week out but easy and friendly. The electrician who came out called to let us know he was on his way and was on time. He was friendly and definitely appeared to know his trade. Aside from the basics of fan and lighting installation, I had a special lighting request and needed advice and ideas to see if we could complete it. The electrician had EXCELLENT ideas and seemed to really appreciate the project. He even supplied me with the name of a handyman he could work with to complete the job. In my mind, if we received a quote, Mighty Bee was hired because the electrician seemed to know his trade and appeared to really understand and appreciate what we wanted with the special lighting task. He was aware that we were seeking other quotes, I never get just one until I feel comfortable with prior work. Also I needed ideas from different electricians to figure out how we could pull off the special lighting task. The electrician said he would contact me in six days with a quote. He didn't. I called him directly to request the quote, he said he was waiting on the cost of the lights for the special lighting task. I've never heard back from Mighty Bee. I can completely understand if the job was too unique, or if it was a job they didn't want to do, my disappointment comes in the fact that they never called with a quote for the basics of fan and chandelier installation or to say 'Hey?not what we do, sorry." I went and ordered the all the fans with the down rods the Mighty Bee electrician suggested. I now need to wait another week for other electricians to come out to quote the job and hope they will work with the items that I've ordered. It also puts installation out another three weeks. I have just completed an excellent review for our painter who we've used four times, I don't even ask him for a quote anymore because they are always completely straight forward. Unfortunately Mighty Bee does not appear to be in this category.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was very good. They are a very good company and I would use them again. There were no additional charges. I would definitely use them again.

They did a great job both the times. They charged me $200 and they took care of everything for that amount of money. We didn't have to buy anything.

The big deal was only mildly useful. Their services were exorbitantly over priced and so we didn't do anything else. What we liked, was that they were congenial, and they did seem to know their electrical stuff, so they were knowledgeable. The quote that they gave us for work that we could do to improve our electrical system was exceedingly overpriced. All they did was inspect the house.

Mighty Bee was absolutely wonderful. From the time I called to make the appointment which isn't easy for me because I travel for a living and don't have a lot of service dates available. They were able to find time for me. When they had cancellations they called to see if I wanted to move my appointment up. The day they were schedule to come, they called to confirm the appointment, and they called again when their electrician was on the way and gave me a time estimate. When the electrician got there he was kind, courteous and professional. He knew exactly what needed to be done and how to do it. All the service was performed as promised and on time. I would absoulutely use Mighty Bee again and would refer them to anyone.

It didn't go well at all. Martin had our fan for over three months, excuse after excuse. We were told that in addition to the motor, which was under warranty (We had to pay labor of $151.00) we were told the fly wheel needed to be replaced. Which we authorized for an additional fee of parts and labor. When finally received the fan back it didn't work. Sent it back again, we were told that the controller board was bad, (worked just fine when we sent it in the first time.) When we checked to see what progress had been made after 3 weeks Martin cursed at me and hung up. We received the fan the next day, it still made the EXACT SAME NOISE that we sent it in for. At least this time it turned on. Casa Blanca replaced the fan directly. Will NEVER DEAL with Mighty Bee Electric again.

It was excellent. They were obviously competent, they obviously knew what they were doing. They worked very quickly and they kept the place clean. They cleaned up after themselves. They were friendly and forthcoming with information. Just altogether a satisfactory experience. Probably not the cheapest that I could have found but sometimes it's better to pay a little more.

It went well. The inspection seemed very complete and gave me peace of mind. I will be having them out to do the recomended. work of putting in new smoke detectors and repairing one outlet. I will give a further recommendation when that is done.
