My mother-in-law use this company she is 84 years old single widow limited income these people came in and sold a new system it isn't correct The furnace is oversized and left her without AC during the hottest parts of the summer for 3 months I highly recommend not using this company I would call somebody's cousin from down the street they'd probably do a better job. no permits or city inspection was ever performed on this install.

We were so lucky that Mighty Plumbing popped up on Angi! Within 5 minutes Rick knew what the problem was and how to fix it. You could just tell that he cared about the work and took pride in being honest and forthcoming about the cost. He even took time to educate us about the pluming in our house and the water in our area. From start to finish they were pros; the finish work was perfect and did exactly what they had promised. We‘ve already recommend Mighty Pluming to friends and will continue to do so every chance we get!

Would not quote unless owner present. Owner can't be present so Mighty refused to quote.

After cutting a rethreading the spout there is a leak. They pretended after a dozen more plumber visits and dozens more calls that they would fix all the damage. Still nothing, won't answer calls, left me with leaks and major damage. DO NOT USE

Zeke arrived to our home very promptly & with a warm smile. Reviewed with us our needs & concerns. Thoroughly explained work planned, very attentive to protecting our floors, carpet & furniture. Very detailed focused young man provided excellent work. A significant family occurred while he was present & he provided compassion & a catering listening ear. Very grateful for his kindness. I was pleased that Dominic was available to check our disposal issue the same day the disposal malfunctioned. Dominic was able to replace the disposal immediately. Not only was he polite and professional, he explained to me how the disposal was to be used and how to use the key if needed. I have not had such a thoroughly professional repairman visit in such a long time: I thought that kind of service was a thing of the past. I was so pleased with the whole process from the time I contacted the company until Dominic's completion of the job. I will definitely utilize this company again as the need arises.

Nick and Zeke were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They diagnosed the problem and fixed my furnace for only their standard service fee, $49. I was dreading an expensive repair or recommendations to replace my whole furnace, but my experience with Mighty Plumbing and Heating was anything but unpleasant. I would absolutely use them again. We are very impressed with Mighty Plumbing & Heating’s professionalism and quality work. They called us back immediately to set a service appointment for the next day. Their repairman, Mick, arrived on time, with the requisite COVID-19 precautions. He quickly and thoroughly assessed the status of our HVAC system and reviewed his findings with us (complete with photos). He was ready to maintenance our furnace but we concluded that our 20-year-old HVAC just needed to be replaced. Kevin, the owner, arrived soon thereafter and gave us a written bid. Looking at our utility closet we noticed that the whole house filter and hot water tank were also at the end of their useful life. We ordered their replacement and upgraded the hot water system to a tankless model. Kevin expanded their bid and accommodated our request. We accepted their proposal and they completed the HVAC installation the next day and the filter and tankless hot water system the following day. Their installers laid protective coverings over our carpet and when finished thoroughly cleaned up their work site. When they completed the installation the two installers, Jeremy and Zeke, explained the working of our new equipment, the warranty and how to operate it. They also answered all of our questions and encouraged us to call if something comes up. Excellent people to work with.

Chad McCandless arrived at an excellent time. He gave good advice without trying to sell me unneeded services. Did a lot for me considering this was just an estimate of services that it turned out he advised me were not needed. Honesty is always appreciated when recognized.

It was great. They finished on time. They followed up. They came back later on to check up on things. I didn't have any problems with them.
