Ricardo approach during his initial visit appeared that he seem very interested and concern. my roof was not put on right and the insurance company would not pay for the roof damage. Ricardo gave me a contract with a two year warranty on his work. He had a truck with his company name and a BBB sign on it, This is what convince me he had nothing to hide. The original company whom have been very evasive during my effort to contact them and when I did hear from him, there was no trust in him as a professional.

The crew arrived about 3 hours late, but finished that day with excellent results. The workmanship was good, and everything was cleaned up well after installation. The only negative was that the 2-man crew spoke very limited English, which was challenging to my limited Spanish. However, we managed to communicate and work out important details.

On time, courteous and professional. Is working with me in every way possible to locate the manufacturer and request an adjustment due to poor shingle quality. Is not pressuring us to do work before we are ready. Promptly returns calls and shows up on time for all appointments thus far.
