Very friendly staff. The job started one day late, and we didn't receive notice that it would. Once it did begin, it went smoothly and quickly.

Ricardo was able to fit me into his schedule for an estimate the same day I requested estimates through Service Magic. He was able to schedule the job the next workday. It rained 2 days later. The problem had been corrected.

The work was completed on time, After the work was done there was a heavy rain storm . They proactively called to insure that there were no leaks. When we discovered a minor leak they promptly came our and repaired the lead with in hours. They seemed very trustworthy and committed to customer service. I would use them again.

Very professional, was on time with work and estimate. He pointed out previous work did not meet code and made suggestions on how to resolve it. Ricardo is a great guy and does what he says.

Ricardo was awesome. He responded very quickly to replace missing shingles from my roof. He also checked the entire roof and found another area where shingles were missing and replaced those too. He took a photo to show me what he had done since I couldn't get on the roof and see the work. He was very reasonable in his price too. I highly recommend his services and will use him again in the future.

Quality replaced an EPDM roof with a modified flat roof for me. Ricardo returned my phone calls promptly and worked with me to ensure I understood what was being done, and that it was what I wanted. The price was good and they did a quick professional job, in spite of the thick ice they had to remove before beginning. The new roof is great, thanks guys!
