The raccon we were after did not return and was not caught. The Mean Green rep. knew his job well and was helpful with information on how to keep pests from nesting in my yard.

Everything is awesome, I use them every 4 to 6 months, Always explain what they are doing. They even spray the whole perimeter of my house.

Initial treatment provided and contracted for quarterly treatments at the rental property. Treatment provided by knowledgeable, friendly and professional agent. Successfully stopped pests with safe chemicals and proactive treatment. No odor. No mess. Easily cleaned up.

The technician came out and evaluated the house to see if rodents were in the home. The attic did show evidence of mice so he left bait in the house. He came back two weeks later and found a nest and confirmed that the bait worked and removed the problem. All in all, it was a good experience and gave us confidence that the issue was taken care of before we moved in.

It went ok, however, we are still seeing pest.

They were prompt professional and courteous.

After two treatments, they were unable to come up with a solution to fix our issue so I would have to give them an incomplete. I really enjoyed our initial interaction so I would probably still recommend them for most of your issues, they just weren't able to do anything about ours. Never heard back after I was told they would fix our problem. Would probably recommend for someone with a one and done problem, but not something where you feel the issue may have the chance to come back.

The service went smoothly and promptly with little time wasted. The only thing I would tell people is clean your floor around all walls as the chemicals will hold down the dirt until you mop it up (which defeats the purpose of pest control)

They gave me an appointment right away when I called about my spider issue and the service provider kept me informed about his arrival time even though I already had a 2 hour window. The provider was great: he explained the spray plan, walked the house with me to see the problem areas, outlined the cost the cost, and finished promptly.

Joel was very professional, honest and explained all possible scenarios. I did not feel any pressure to have a preventative treatment and the eval was free. I was so appreciative. I would call Mean Green in a heartbeat if I ever suspected a problem again! Thanks Joel

They were great. I called one day and they were here by 8am the very next day. He did our entire yard and garage even though our problem was just out front! They were very reasonably priced and offered a 30 day guarantee! We were thrilled with this company!

The tenant reported seeing bed bugs in the couch where he sleeps. Mean Green treated the condo on 2/14/17 and again on 2/28/17. The charge was $240 with a 90 day warranty. The bedbugs returned before the warranty ran out and Mean Green treated the condo again on 4/27/17. On 5/1/17 the tenant reported that bed bugs were already back so he threw out the affected couch and Mean Green came out and sprayed the condo again on 5/4/17. So far there have been no bed bug sightings. I asked if I could get a 90 day extension on the warranty and the answer was an emphatic "NO". Mean Green's service was very good but I question the effectiveness of the treatment they use.

This is the third time I have used this service. They are very prompt and courteous. And...it takes care of the ants.

The gentleman (Joel) that responded to the call was knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything he was doing and what we should expect while the issue was being resolved. Joel was also highly customer service oriented. Actually, that's an understatement. I really can't think of in instance where someone was as eager to make sure I was satisfied with his service. We went ahead and hired them on a recurring basis (every 3 months) to make sure we don't face the rat issue again. Since then every call has been the same as the first -- eagerness to make sure any issues we are having are resolved, any questions we have are answered, and that past service has been successful. *Highly* recommended.

They took care of the problem quickly. We have sent signed up for regular service. I would recommend Mean Green to anyone. Victor is great to work with.

Very well. Joel came to see the problem; he walked around and indicated the several places where mice could gain access and showed where they had been (by droppings). He made useful suggestions for preventing future incursions, and left several traps with a special kind of bait. We saw no more mice between then and two weeks later, when Rido (Rideaux?) came and inspected the traps. He showed us where the bait, which is fatal to mice, had been nibbled; although he did not have to, he also blocked a prime entry location with steel wool. We feel relieved that the mice problem appears to have been solved.

The were gone by the following day.

I contacted them in the morning and they had someone stop by early evening. Joel was very professional, he reviewed the nest and explained what needed to be done. He was personal, patience with questions, and resolved the problem in less than twenty minutes. Quick response, competitive pricing and Joel was excellent even after having worked a full day and traveling across town to meet me. I highly recommend them and will use their services again when needed.

Work was easy to schedule and completed promptly.

He called when he was about 20 minutes away to give me an exact arrival time. He arrived within the time window we discussed when I made the appointment. He listened to my problems, sprayed the perimeter both inside and outside, and treated a roof soffit for wasps.It only took about an hour, and when he was done inside, I was able to leave for work while he finished up the outside perimeter. He collected payment in the form of a credit card- very easy swipe. He also left a carbon copy treatment receipt of exactly what he did so I could put it in my files for later reference. I would highly recommend MeanGreen. It was so easy, and they use environmentally friendly products, which was important to me with a new baby in our house. It isn't worth dealing with pests to see if you can get rid of them yourself- just give them a call.

Called on a Saturday after having dog and people stung multiple times by some very mean yellow jackets. They were able to come early on Sunday morning even though they were booked through the entire next week. They were prompt, cheerful, and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. They explained the whole process to us in layman terms. They stayed until the job was done and they were sure it was successful. They offered a guarantee to return free of charge if needed.
