 + -1 moreMeadow did a beautiful job in the construction of our house. They facilitated our interactions with contractors after move-in & were very responsive for all warranty follow-up work.
Description of Work: They built our 2,400 square foot home in the Box Elder Creek Ranch subdivision.

 + -1 moreMy overall experience with meadow was not a very pleasant one. The salesman was as nice as could be and would return our calls before we signed the contract but after the contract was signed very hard to reach and when there was a problem he blew us off and told us to call the main office. So many problems with this builder, I would not buy another meadow home.
Description of Work: We contracted meadow homes to construct our 4 bedroom, three and a half bath house.

 + -1 moreOur overall experience was horrible. I would never recommend this builder. There customer service skills were even worse than their construction skills. They changed our closing date because they failed to get an occupancy certificate. They would not compensate us for the moving trucks and movers we had hired even though we had to hold closing off for three days and we did not get communication about it until we showed up at closing. Many problems along the building process. It took almost 18 months to build when we were told 6 to 8. Their attitude was, 'if you don't like it leave. The base price has already gone up on your house and we have thirty people in line behind you. We will even give you your earnest money back, but we don't have to negotiate or compensate in any way.'
Description of Work: The quality of work was less than expected. There were many discrepancies in what we were told we would get and what actually happened. Painting was very low quality & front porch needed replacing. Wood trim inside was not cut or installed properly. They flooded our carpet prior to closing and would not replace it. They failed to communicate changes in building plans and locations. Work crews left trash and bottles all over our lot the day that we moved in.
