They did an outstanding job. I got a new roof six years ago and thought that company did a good job. However, Masterpiece did a much better job. Every detail was done correctly. They showed up on time and cleaned up. They installed new vents and made sure my new gutters were draining correctly.

Great. They were there when they said they would be and got it done in one day. It looks great. It has been a year with multiple incidents of server weather and high winds. As my neighbors roofs have failed in the high winds, mine stands strong!

Everything went very well. No problems at all. Everybody I was in contact with was very professional and responsive to phone calls and emails. No complaints whatsoever. There are a lot of roofing companies out there that offer gotchya prices and poor service but not these guys. They really seemed to care to get it done timely and perfectly. Would recommend to anyone.

Very well. They were just backed up on materials so it took sometime to get the job done. But I was very pleased of the outcome.

I was having problems with my insurance. I saw Rex on television talking about how he can help with insurance processing. True enough, he delivered. I got a new roof, exterior painting and windows and they looked pretty good. Clean up was awesome too. I will definitely recommend Masterpiece.

They are very professional and efficient. Everything was well-communicated. I was informed every step of the process and I didn't have any issues whatsoever. The work done was great. I don't have any problems so far. I highly recommend them.

Masterpiece worked with our insurance company from start to finish. They kept in communication with us throughout the process. All services were completed in the time frame committed to and within budget.

Not only did they not show up when they said they would they have yet to complete the job after 5 weeks.

It went terrible. They finished the Job on the 26th of May after starting at the beginning of the month. It failed inspection 5 times. They had to re-roof the back of our house with a newly modified re-roofing. They had to re-do it four times because it did not pass city code. They spray painted the error on the roofing, to try and pass it off with the city code. They left ripples in the roofing and completely butchered the job. They left tar and a complete mess on the siding in the tri-level roof. I contacted the company multiple times and they refused to contact me. The owner of the company was present for the final inspection before the mid roof hadn't even been inspected yet. There's still some clean up that I have to take care of. Now he's calling me multiple times asking for the payment while my insurance company is waiting for a verbal confirmation from myself. They're claiming work they haven't performed and trying to get payment for a job they haven't even finished properly. It took them Two months to finally complete the roofing job. Now they're placing a lean on my house due to the insurance company processing the payment, The owner of the company has since then hounded me for a payment every day for the past two weeks since the job was completed. I would never, ever recommend this company for anyone.

This by far the worst company I've ever dealt with. We paid over $7000 to have our house repaired from a hail storm last May (2014). We have been consistently lied to and blown off by the owner, Rex Corley, brother Bret Corley, and salesman Chris Smith, and basically anyone you talk to there. They tell you they will get the job done, they will have people out to your property to take measurement, just waiting on material, weather delays, personnel issues, and on and on...Basically they will not do the work they promised, contractually or verbally. Communication is nonexistent, unless you do the calling, then you get the run around. The work that was done has to be redone by professionals. Windows installed well below industry standards, we now have to have our home checked for mold and the windows installed will have to be replaced (sub-subcontractor decided to cut off the window flanges for an easier install, didn't use any flashing, and did not caulk the windows to prevent water penetration). The siding they have replaced is incomplete, they removed our shutters and never installed new ones. I've had to do a few of the repairs myself to make our home safe and livable (lighting, screens, and redid my shed). So I am basically out $7k. I put in a complaint with the BBB, if nothing comes of that I will be suing to try and recover my money and get my home fixed. So if you are looking for a company that will complete the work you contract them to do, communicate, perform at least industry standard work, wont give you the run around at every turn the look somewhere else, you will not get of that from Masterpiece Roofing. In the interest of full disclosure I paid $4 for a one month subscription to Angies List just to warn other about this dismal company and their horrible business practices.

Everything was done in a professional manner and we are very pleased with the results,especially the roof and windows.The renovations took three or four months to complete. We understand that the company was also working on other homes on our block and that's why things took a while. We can definitely recommend masterpiece without any reservations.

Masterpiece helped me negotiate with my insurance company to get a fair settlement for an insurance claim. They replaced the old shake shingle roof with higher quality laminate roofing. They also replaced the gutters, all new exterior windows, siding, and primed and painted the entire exterior. The project took a longer than expected, but most of the delay was dues to negotiations with the insurance company, and weather related. All in all, they did a fantastic job, and I am very happy with the result. The house now looks great. Rex and his crew at Masterpiece are honest and hard working, and I highly recommend them. Installation crew did entire job in 2 1/2 days. I could find no problems with any part of the work. Roof looks great.

When I answered the door, Dusty Gordon said that he could see that our roof had suffered extensive damage during the windstorm on 4/30. He then asked if I would be interested in their services. I replied, "No, thank you." Then he told me that Masterpiece Roofing would give me a free estimate and see if there was enough damage to file an insurance claim. Again, I replied "No, thank you.' He proceeded to tell me in a condescending tone, "You know, your insurance is going to drop you if you don't fix this, and then you'll have to pay out of pocket." He said when the adjuster came out, he would drop us for not fixing the roof. I'm not sure if he meant he would call an adjuster and report our roof himself??? Our roof has not sustained any damage, and if it had sustained damage on 4/30, we most certainly would not wait until 5/19 to get an estimate. Dusty Gordon then asked if he could leave a card with me in case I changed my mind. Since I wanted to be able to report him to both Angie's List and the HOA (soliciting is not supposed to be allowed in our neighborhood). He may not be representative of this company as a whole, but based on the way he tried to tell me that my homeowner's insurance would drop me if I didn't fix this (non)issue--implied that if I didn't get his company to fix it, my insurance adjuster would not work with me--I would not recommend this company to anyone. If our roof ever does sustain damage, we most certainly will not be calling Masterpiece Roofing. I did not appreciate the attempt at intimidation, when he told me that my insurance would drop me.

Masterpiece Roofing has offered a superior product and I feel confident the Masterpiece team will complete the job with the same professionalism displayed by Mr. Corley. Masterpiece Roofing finished my roofing project as promised. The entire process from beginning to end was managed by Mr. Corley and team. The team has left me with a beautiful, new roof. The work was done timely, with professionalism, the crew was diligent and cleaned up the entire work site. I am very happy with the service and will definitely recommend Masterpiece Roofing. Thanks!

They were fantastic and my mom was very impressed with the sales people. Everyone was incredibly nice, helpful, and attentive. I've referred them several times now to friends and family. They also took care of a couple of small extra things that were not covered by the insurance.

We agreed to use the services of Masterpiece to work with our insurance company and get our roof replaced. The sales person presented a contract which stated we would only be responsible for our deductible. We signed the contract and were told it would be a few weeks until the work would be done. The sales person also came to our house for the insurance assessment. So far, so good. However, the company came back and said we owed them an additional $1000 because our insurance did not have a particular clause to cover the roof required by the city where we live. They said they would split the difference and only charge an extra $500. We emailed them reminding them of the language in our contract - we were required to pay only the deductible, nothing more. We offered to meet them and void the contract. At first they agreed, but right before the meeting they called to say they would replace the roof according to the contract. The actual roof replacement went OK. We were concerned because the materials were not delivered the day before the scheduled job, as Masterpiece said they would be. The materials were still not here when the roofers arrived. However, the roofers made a call and were able to get the materials and complete the roof the same day. The roof passed inspection.
