Vendor never responded to request for service.

No service was performed. I made an appointment with Randy at Master Security Center on Wednesday (28 Nov) for my church's locks to be re-keyed and the removal of a safe. The locksmith asked me to call him first thing Thursday morning to get on the schedule. I called at 8 am and talked to him. He assured me I was on the schedule that day. I called back at 10 a.m. to confirm a time for the work to be done and was told I was scheduled between 3 and 5 p.m. I waited at the church until 4:50 p.m. and called the locksmith back and got the answering service. So, I wasted 2 days where I could have found another company to do this work. Someone should have called me back if they were not going to make the trip. I will not use this company or recommend them to anyone. This was very unprofessional and totally disappointing for all of us at the church who were waiting to get the new keys. I'm very surprised they are on Angie's List.

Found Master Security Center on Angie's List - called and had a quote immediately. Their locksmith was at my house within about 20 minutes and opened the car without issue. Great experience.

We were able to make an appointment with this company for the next day with a two hour window, 12-2. At 2:30 we heard nothing from Master Security and had to call. No one answered and we left a message. At 2:45, they called back and said they had to cancel the appointment. They could not bother to call us to either let us know they were late or could not make the appointment. I understand that things can get "tied" up a a job site, but they could have made a phone call. Everyone is busy, and to have to wait for no one to show up is unacceptable. Do not waste your time with this company. Courtesy Matters.

The doors are fantastic quality and not cheap. The doors are custom made and of superior quality. You do have to wait for their manufacture, and there is significant installment modification to render the doorway secure. Oveall we are very statisfied.

When I called to schedule the service call they were a little distracted by other phone calls. I was a little leery that he even wrote down my information. About a week before our closing, my wife called to confirm that date and time of our scheduled service call, only to find out they had no record of our appointment. Thankfully, the man my wife spoke to was able to resolve the issue and keep the appointment. The locksmith gave us a call at the appointed hour to let us know he was on his way. He showed up on time and worked very quickly to re-key seven locks. They did a good job, but they need to be better organized in the office.

I had master security center rekey all of the locks in my house. They were extremely professional. In order to have them do a house call you get a 2 hour window. They called 30 minutes before they arrived which allowed me to meet them at the house and not have to spend all day waiting for them. The total cost to have 3 locks rekeyed and 6 keys made was 118 dollars. I couldn't be more pleased. Plus they were willing to take a check, cc or cash. I would highly recommend master security.

They arrived on time,and performed the work efficiently. All the locks work with a single key, and they tuned the locks as well. Their price was a little high, but I don't regret having spent the money.

They were very good. They were responsive. They did the work thoroughly and quickly. They did it right for the first time. The people who came out to do the work were nice, professional and they seemed to be good employees. They might be slightly expensive.

Master Security Center Company did good work, however they took a long time. They said that they had to send the keys to another locksmith for the work and to whoever it was sent to, didn?t fill the order right away. I guess my only complaint was that they never called me to update me on what was going on. I had to call them several times. However, eventually the work was done well and the price was fair. They even got the original lock of the roll top desk replaced. This is an old desk, so I thought that was pretty amazing. The company had sent the same technicians both times and they were absolutely courteous and professional. I have a puppy and they were good with my puppy. I think I have had them do work for me in the past which is why I called them this time. I remember that they had done a good job then too. So, I would probably consider using them in the future.

We had some fit problems over the years. I was very happy with them and their work. They were pleasant to work with.

They were understanding of my busy schedule.

Things went incredibly well. Very professional communication. He analyzed the problem, he explained to me what the problem was and what my options were, then he fixed it. This guy knows his stuff and is honest. I thought this would be a $300 fix, it was $100 instead.

He was cheerful, professional, and thorough.

The person who arrived was on time, helpful, used the lock that I had bought already, and CLEANED my floor of his shavings!

PHONED MASTER SECURITY CENTER FOR AN APPOINTMENT TO COME LOOK AT OUR DOOR. THEY ARRIVED IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE GENTLEMAN THAT REPAIR OUR LOCK WAS VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL.

MASTER SECURITY CENTER DID A WELL JOB ON THE SECURING THE DOOR. THE ALARM WORKS WELL AND MAKES SURE THE AREA IS NOT BROKEN INTO. THEY DID A GOOD JOB WORKING WITH ME AND THE WORKERS VERY FRIENDLY.
