Alex had been highly recommended for his quality work by a Park Hill neighbor but mentioning that wasn't enough to get him to return phone calls placed over several w-e-e-k-s. Very disappointing.
Description of Work: NOTHING. After initial telephone contact regarding project, couldn't get him to return phone calls.
