I have used this company for over 4 years at a variety of properties I live in and rent. Over this time I've found them to be excellent in terms of customer service, qualtiy, and security in terms of my valuables. I would reccomend them to my friends/family without hesitation.

I've been mostly pleased with Maid Brigade for the last 2 years. I have them clean every 4 weeks, but they have other schedules available. They call the day before your scheduled service with a 2-hour window of arrival time which is usually accurate. They use the VapurClean Advantage system, green products that deep clean as well as control bacterra, mold, mildew, dust mites, etc. They do a very thorough job, and I've had only a couple of issues which were addressed promptly: dusting picture frames but leaving the pictures hanging very crooked on the wall, and careless movement of furniture. Overall, good service and friendly housekeepers. You can also have special services performed for additional cost, such as window cleaning (probably subcontracted).
