+ -1 moreWe have asked them to do on-site restoration of 5 of our double-hung windows and than also make storms for all windows in our 1910 bungalow home. Though I have spoken with Terri, their desk manager many times over email and phone, she keeps telling me we are next on the list to have our job started. Their first excuse was that they were finishing a current job. Next, they were moving to a new building. Now they are in the new building but have no electricity??? It is frustrating considering this is one of the only companies in town that does this work and I am at the mercy of their timeline and punctuality. I keep waiting because I have seen their work and it is quite good.
Description of Work: We are still waiting for them to come perform the services we requested and had them quote out for us. We have been waiting 3 months.

+ -1 moreWithin 24 hours of contacting Lyons, we had a tentative bid for the job. Allison came out later that week, measured, and finalized what we wanted and then submitted a final bid several days later. The installer, very pleasant young woman, came out and within four hours, had all the storms mounted and re-roped one of our double-hung sashes as well. The workmanship on the storms is excellent - never thought storm windows could be considered beautiful, but these are. Absolutely delighted with the results!
Description of Work: Installed nine historic storm/screen windows for our 1917 bungalow.
