Description of Work: First of all Lumber Liquidators have cheap products. Their floor personal did a horrible job putting in laminate, They talk the customer into purchasing a 18 month zero interest however if it's not paid in 18 months you have to pay the interest on the beginning balance not the current balance. So I was about to make what I thought was my last payment of $1000.00 now the interest was added a total interest of $3500.00 so now I owe $4500.00. Their is Synchrony bank, talk about highway robbery.

We chose Brazilian Koa for the upstairs of our 1904 home. Unfortunately, the wood took approximately six weeks to be dry enough to lay on the floor. John and his crew were absolutely excellent. I would not use any other crew than John's. He was articulate with us on explaining why we needed to wait to lay the floor and was responsive to our needs. He continued to check the wood to see if it had acclimated each week. It sounds like other people may rush the process to keep things on schedule, but we were very pleased that John did not rush and did a quality job. The process of laying down the floor did not take long and it looked beautiful upon completion. Our home is old and in places was not level and we were very appreciative of the quality job they completed. Ask for John if you are using lumber liquidators. He's the best!

In March 2013, our family joined together to purchase and install laminate wood floors for our aging parents. We selected the material from Lumber Liquidators for a balance of cost and quality from a supplier that (we believed) would stand behind their product. While none of us are professional floor installers, we are all experienced home renovators and opted for a product that was clearly promoted as being appropriate for homeowner installation.Less than a year later (and well within the warranty period), there were pronounced gaps and chipping in the flooring. We immediately took steps to act on the productand acirc;??s 12-month warranty. From our initial contact with Kerry, we have been put off or ignored. Once we finally mentioned reviewing their product in Internet forums, we were sent boilerplate information about why floors might gap. There was no acknowledgement of the chipping nor of our repeated attempts to resolve an issue we fully believe to be covered under the product warranty.

Their pricing was excellent. I am handicapped so I can’t lift anything so they moved the furniture out of the way. They put everything back the way it was and did a fantastic job. Their price was within the market range because I have checked a lot of prices throughout.
Description of Work: I used Lumber Liquidators for removing the carpet and installing the hardwood flooring in two rooms.

Description of Work: Some of the boxes of laminate were visibly damaged and they did replace those, but there were also many damaged pieces in the "clean" boxes. Overall we had more than enough laminate to complete the job, but were surprised about the amount of damaged pieces overall.

HORRIBLE
Description of Work: TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT- I WENT IN, ORDERED WOOD, THE GENTLEMEN PUT IN THE WRONG WOOD COLOR. THE WOOD CAME IN IN BOXES, I WENT TO PICK IT UP AND THE INSTALLERS WERE THERE. THE WOOD WAS INSTALLED AND WHEN I CAME HOME-IT WAS ALL WRONG! I WAS DEVESTATED. I CALLED LUMBER LIQUIDATORS IMMEDIATELY AND THEY SAID THAT THERE WAS NOT ANYTHING THEY COULD DO! IN SUMMARY, THIS COMPANY DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS/SERVICES! BEWARE!
