LOOKOUT - THE RENOVATION COMPANY

WOW!! Where do I start?? First off, we kept playing phone tag. Secondly, I realize good contractors this time of year are super busy, so we're okay with that. We finally nailed down a late evening to go over what we were looking to have done in our home interior me exterior. Out list was long and detailed, but the this contractor took many notes and even mentioned is was a lot of work that would take around two months to complete. We were okay with that, we were confident that he would pull it all together. He promised us a full detailed estimated in a week. I called and left a voicemail, but never heard back. It's been 45 days and we haven't heard a word from him. Really? If YOU couldn't do the job, just say so. We're both are flexible enough to to wait, but not to wait 45 days. Folks, I would NOT waste your time contacting this person. BTW...our budget is 55k. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY...THE WORSE EVER!!!AGAIN OUR BUDGET WAS 55K. Who walks away from that??

I had obtained the company's name from another person. I called explaining that I had a number of odd jobs that I needed completed in my kitchen including: adding a backsplash, painting, completion of the floor behind my refrigerator, converting a closet into a pantry, repair of various ceiling cracks, and changing light fixtures. After my first call, I never received a call back. I called a week later. I finally got a call back. An appointment was made for someone to come and provide an estimate. No one ever showed up on the appointed day and I never received a call of explanation as to why the appointment was never kept.
