Description of Work: Excellent technical staff. Able to solve problems and communicate with the customer. Not cheap but well worth the cost. Our total with them is about $10000.

Listen Up worked with the manufacturer and replaced several parts in the television before having the manufacturer replace our tv with the newest model. Listen Up was great to work with and followed through until our issue was resolved. We have recently used Listen Up to wire our house for low voltage (speakers and security).

 + -1 moreI had try to figured out all the cable connections and decided I needed an expert to do the job, I called Listen-Up and they had a technician come to home within 24 hours. He did an excellent job and my home theater is working fine.
Description of Work: I had purchased a new LCD TV and they connected all the cables from my audio/video receiver, TV, CD player and cable box. The technician took about an hour to get the cables in the right place and to check out the entire home theater system, he also showed how to get everything working with the remotes.

 + -1 moreThey arrived on time, were extremely meticulous in their installation and did an amazing job. This is an old house with lathe and plaster walls so the job was met with some challenges which were gracefully overcome. The guys are very professional, friendly and really impressed me. The area was spic-n-span when they left (there was a LOT of dust and insulation). I would highly recommend Listen Up again and again.
Description of Work: Listen Up retro-fitted my 1929 house with in-wall and in-ceiling speakers including volume controls for each set, sub woofer, installed a remote key pad in the kitchen and connected everything to my existing components. They also installed 2 flat screen TVs, one of which needed a cable outlet rerouted.

 + -1 moreWe found them to be very friendly, knowledgeable, & reliable. They scheduled appointments, arrived on time, & did a great job with a complicated situation. They set everything up, showed us how to use it, & charge an hourly service rate of $85.
Description of Work: We moved into a new home with existing built in speakers. We didn't know how to use them nor did we have the proper equipment to do so.
