Very poor impression made by company representative. Bid sent by e-mail 3 days later. Pricing was high and form poorly done. Based on representatives demeanor , I would not choose this company.

Overall it was a very positive experience. I would highly recommend Lifetime Windows for any window replacement. Their owner, Peter S, is committed to customer satisfaction and provides personalized service to ensure you have a great experience with them. I had my all of my original aluminum windows replaced by dual pane vinyl windows. The work was done promptly with quality workmanship that exceeded my expectations. The only problem, which I thought was handled by the owner with professionalism was the rather high pressure sales tactics and false promises made by their in home salesperson. The high pressure sales tactics almost made me decline their contract. Plus the salesperson falsely assured me that my almost-new blinds would fit the new windows. Otherwise I would have delayed the window replacement. As it turns out, your previous blinds almost never fit the new windows if you are going from metal to vinyl, and if they are off by only an inch, you can't really get your blinds altered to fit your new windows. Peter thankfully, worked with me and we came to a mutually acceptable offer to remedy my situation. I love the new windows. They are saving me a lot on heating/air conditioning bills. Plus my home is much quieter inside because of reduced noise from the outside due to the new windows.

Our neighbors used Lifetime Windows and Siding and they did an outstanding job on their house. I received bids from 3 other companies before we decided to go with Peter . The price was reasonable and the craftsmanship was superb. The crew was professional and the job was completed on time. I highly recommend Lifetime windows and siding.

Marko was very good on sales presentation of their product, and super on pricing, although he somewhat misrepresented the type of patio door that was installed. JD and Tim were great installers and worked very hard and were completely trustworthy. Cleanup was so-so. Follow up on some details, like repairing damaged window screens and trimming out the basement windows, took way too long, and necessitated my pestering them to get it scheduled. Overall, I am completely happy with the windows' quality and look. Difference on just how quiet the house is now compared to before is amazing. Have noticed a decrease on the energy bill since it has gotten colder. Would definitely recommend Lifetime windows to anyone.

Installers did not use lead containment that was included in the cost of installation. No refund has been forthcoming in spite of multiple requests. Installers damaged a window sill during window installation which has not yet been repaired by the company. Installers failed to trim gaps on all window exteriors. The city codes for specific windows were not met and re-installation of windows was required, and scheduled installation dates were not met by installers. The cost for initial installation included 3 installers for one day, but only two installers worked for only 1/2 day and one installer showed up late. All interior trim damanged during the installation must be replaced. The windows are a good product, but the installation was poor.

Overall service was outstanding, price was much better than others. At one point I showed Lifetime's quote to another sales person and he advised me to use them as he couldn't get within a $1000 of their quote.

They have been installing three-pane energy efficient windows. They are a bit expensive, but well worth it. Main reason we hired them was that we had a broken pane originally, and the work was so amazing that that started the process of adding all new windows. We have seen a drastic difference in our energy bill. The windows have held in heat during the winter and we haven't had to supplement our furnace with space heaters.

This is an excellent company. We did a massive window replacement with them and I cannot speak highly enough of the level of customer service, craft, and responsiveness. Peter and his chief installer, Les, were reliable and very engaged in our job. We looked forward to seeing them and felt fairly treated from beginning to end. There were minor snafus, as there always are on a job of this size and complexity (every window was essentially custom), but Peter resolved them promptly and did the right thing in terms of covering any cost differences. He was truly a pleasure to work with, from beginning to end, and Les was great. Lifetime was also considerably more affordable than the other four companies were talked to. On balance, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thirty-nine gold stars - one for each window!

with Lifetime Windows - the outstanding customer satisfaction reports, Insurance documents, window warranties - both the manufacturers warranty and the warranty and committment from Lifetime. We reviewed which windows that we were able to proceed with to keep within our budget. The very next day we were contacted by Rebecca from Lifetime windows to schedule one of their installers to come out and re-measure the windows before palcing the order. We scheduled the installer to come out after work hours on the following Monday. I was impressed that their commitment to customer service meant that the installer would work with our schedule not theirs. Les came out as scheduled on Monday and not only measured the windows but took the time to go over the timeline and process for installing our windows. As promised the windows that were ordered arrived in Denver to be installed with in 10 Days. We scheduled the install of the Three windows. On the day of the install Rebecca arrived early to go over the install timeline. She left and a short time later the installer arrived to start the install process. Les, the installer was extremely proficient at window inatallation. He was more than happy to answer my questions as moved through the process of carefully removing the old windows and installing the new windows. He worked non-stop throught the next 5-6 hours. He shimmed and adjusted the windows to perfect alignment and perfect working order. The windows were clean and perfect working order. Only one error, that was pointed out to me before we started, was that all three windows were ordered with a grid pattern. Only the front window was needed to have that pattern. Les, gave me the option at the start of proceeding with the install or re-scheduling. I opted to move ahead, since Les explained to me that to correct the error it would simply be a switchout of the "glass-packs". My surprise was that Rebecca came back out at the end of the day to ensure my satisfaction on the window install and to apologize for the incorrect window style. Again, I was very impressed with the committment to customer service. Rebecca offered to have the correct glass packs ordered first thing the next morning. I explained that there was no rush and that we would like to take the weekend to make a decision on whether to keep or switch out the glass. After, consideration we decided to keep the grid style glass packs. It added a small amount of upgrade to the look of the windows. However, after a three days of 95 degree sun-baked weather, the two south windows would not line up 100% when closed. They were absolutely perfect on the day of the install, but now they were slightly off. I called Rebecca on Monday morning and she said she would have Les out that evening. I was not able to schedule that evening but the next. Les was out the next evening, running a little late (he called), and he took his time in re-shiming and adjusting the windows. He left well after dark with a promise that if any thing else needed to be looked at to just call. In my mind this is what customer service is all about. There will be issues and problems in the home improvement process. Outstanding Customer service is taking care of concerns and problems immediately, professionally, and without totally concern for the customer. I give an A++++, TEN STAR rating to Lifetime windows for their outstanding windows and unmatched customer service.

They gave me a huge discount for the work. The work itself was excellent. The people themselves were excellent. They had very good service.
