Very easy to do business with, pleasant ,punctual, and knows his business. Very satisfied with his work and professionalism. He is also easy to ask questions of. I had a bit of a time constraint and he was able to work with me. I would recommend him if you have any concerns about your roofing.

I actually received 3 bids to re-roof my house. Larry's estimate was not only the cheapest, but I felt it was the most detailed and honest. He's been a small business owner for many years, and his reputation has been built on his excellent work (he was recommended by one of my friends). Repairing my roof required a total tear-off and re-decking. Larry's small crew and crew chief (Jorge) completed the job in roughly 3 days, and did a fantastic job cleaning up after themselves daily. My yard and deck were actually cleaner after they finished than when they started! They went the extra mile, and were always careful protecting shrubs and young trees around my house. I would highly recommend Larry and his crew! They did a wonderful job. I still get compliments on my roof from my neighbors!

Excellent job. Comstock's bid was cheaper than the others I received, so I was a little concerned that the quality would suffer. However, my discussions with Larry Comstock convinced me that he knew roofing and that his company would do a fine job, and I wasn't disappointed.

I obtained bids from 4 companies. I selected LF Comstock because he had been recommended to me by the builder that built my house, because he seemed to be the most knowledgeable and competent of the company representatives that came to my house to provide the estimate, and because he was the low bidder ($5000 versus $6000 to $8000). His bid was lower than the other bids in part because he he did not recommend replacement of all flashing, drip edges and ice and water shield as the other companies did. LF Comstock indicated that the job would be started within 3 weeks and would be completed in 3 days after starting. Due to schedule changes at other jobs the work was started early (within a week), and completed in 2 days. The job site was cleaned up at the end of the first day, and at the end of the job. LF Comstock is a small company. Larry Comstock does the estimating and supervising himself and only has two crews.
