Excellent work and professional demeanor. They were quick to respond to my inquiry, visited the house the next day to quote the job, and then came back first thing the next morning to do the work. Excellent service-- was glad to have found them.

Our renters called to say that the ceiling was leaking around the fireplace. I called ~15 roofing companies that I found on Angie's List. One company quoted me $850 without even seeing the job and most of them tried to sell me a whole new roof. Without exception, they all said that it would be 2-3 weeks before they could schedule an estimate of the job. I called Lerew Brothers and she said she'd have the owner call me when he got in that day. He called me the same day and scheduled to come look at the job 2 days later. When he came, he looked at it and said he thought the valley was more of the problem than the chimney and said it would cost $200 to fix the leak and said he could come out the next week to fix it. I scheduled the job with him and then was surprised when I came home after running errands 2 days later (a Saturday) to find the bill in the mailbox with a note from him. He had some time so came by earlier than scheduled and fixed the roof. The job cost $200 same as the estimate. Even though this roof is old and does need to be replaced in the next year or two, he did not try to sell me on an entire roof job. He came out and fixed the problem that needed to be fixed - I appreciated that and would definitely hire them again for roofing jobs.

We had installed a skylight during some remodeling and it turns out we didn't do a very good job and it started to leak with the spring and summer rains last year. I called 4 differnt roofing companies and Lerew Brothers was by far the most responsive. I had a one other estimate for the same amount, however I choose Lerew based on his small business and he was very honest, punctual and just that all around feeling. He replaced all of the flashing and shingles around the skylight. He came in and did the job when he said he would and cleaned up after he was done. I prefer to use small local business and have found they have much better customer service and I value that tremendously.

It was just one guy that came out. I had left it open for him to replace my entire roof and he didn't recommend that even though he could have. He was very honest with me and I will be calling him again when I have roofing needs. My roof is about 15 years old so when the time does come, he will be the one I call. He suggested that I wait until a hailstorm. My roof has been fine since he did the repairs. I thought the price was pretty reasonable. He actually came out a day early to look at the roof and then he came the next day when he was scheduled to do the work. He said that I needed some patching and a couple of shingles replaced. He is kind of older and is an independent. I got the feeling that he values his customers so I had a good feeling when he left.

I had a roof that needed some shingle repair and replacement on a flat area. The area also needed to be re-graded to allow for improved future drainage. Other contractor quotes were for $1100 for that part of the work. I found Richard on Angie's list and called him. He returned the call that night and arranged to inspect the property within a couple of days. He looked the roof over and gave an estimate of $600, saying he would get to it the next week. He called over the weekend to say he would do it that Saturday (warm, calm weather) in advance of expected snow during the days he originally scheduled. He got the work done then sent me an invoice in the mail, which I promptly paid. He also re-did a flashing around the chimney, which was not the prettiest in the world, but it appears the repaired part of the roof is no longer pooling water. I have his business card on file and will definitely call him again.

We had our flat roof replaced by another company. Since that replacement our skylight leaked at any hint of rain. Richard came out to assess the situation and resealed the light as well as another gap at the edge of the roof. We've had no problems since. He also recommended we put a cover/cap on our chimney. This required him to buy one and install it - which he did the same day. He quoted a price for the cap and actually came in cheaper. Great, experienced repairman!

I called Lerew Brothers and spoke with Richard, describing our situation: every time it rained we were experiencing major leaks in the areas of both chimneys. With all the rain at the beginning of the summer, we were worried about the damage the dripping water would do to our home. Although I was not going to be home to meet him the next day, he told me that he could come to my home, take a look, and if it just needed resealing, he said it would cost around $50. If it needed new flashing, it would cost more. He told me that if it was okay with me, he would do the resealing and leave me a bill, but if it needed flashing, he would wait until I okayed the price. I agreed with that, amazed at how cheap the resealing was. When I arrived home the day after speaking with Richard, my neighbor reported seeing and speaking with him. Also I had a bill for $60 in my mailbox. We have had several significant rain storms since Mr. Lerew fixed our roof/chimney, and there have been no leaks.

Mr. Lerew arrived as scheduled and surveyed the damaged interior closet wall and roof. We discussed in detail the possible cause of the leak (the roof is in otherwise good condition) and his recommended fix. He pre-fabricated the required flashing and returned to complete the repair in 2 days as promised. So far there has been no evidence of a recurrence of the leak.

During the recent wet weather, we noticed a leak on our kitchen ceiling. I called Lerew Bros Roofing after reading their references on Angie's List. I called during the day, was told someone would call back in the evening, which he did and Richard came out the next morning at 9:00 to inspect the source of the leak. He found it, recommended a fix, gave me a price, which I accepted and he did the repair right then. I was extremely please to meet Richard who is very knowledgeable and with his work which was very careful.

I have been looking for someone to fix the roof of my back porch for months. After calling 5 other guys and either not getting a return call, or getting a no show, I called Lerew Brothers. Richard Lerew returned my call immediately, came out and made an estimate and was back in a few days to do the work. He did a great job and the price was fair. I highly recommend this company.

Mr. Lerew estimated and repaired roof leaks within three or four days after initially contacting him. Cost was similar to another estimate, but included more items, and his worked fixed some "mystery" leaks that had been a problem for a long time. He is a gentleman and does quality work.

I was very happy with the work that Mr Lerew did for us. He was prompt in returning our calls and listened when I told him that we didn't want an a new roof at this point, just that we needed repairs to fix the leak. His estimate was far lower than the other companies that came and looked at the project who all seemed to want to sell me the biggest repair that they could get out of this small leak. A nice, honest person to work with, I'd call him again!

MR LEREW WAS A SPECIAL OLDER MAN. HE WAS VERY PLEASANT & TOLD US HE ONLY NEEDED TO REPLACE A FEW TILES- WE DIDN'T NEED TO REPLACE THE WHOLE ROOF. HE DID THE WORK FAST.
